yeah after a week of no Internet, it still shows no signs of getting fixed. If I was eager during the first week, now I'm simply getting more displeased. no, doc, the Internet is not at all fixed. I think the tech team expects to be paid more money before they work on the issue. That's not allowed technically speaking but it is what it is. Of course, they don't say that out loud. Boohoo! I need to do something about the lousy customer service. Planning to cancel and replace with another service provider if they don't shape up. Yeah it's still not fixed. I think the tech team wants more money but not stating it out loud as that's not allowed. Too sad what's become of their service. Gonna check if we have a lock in period and work on replacing them totally. I will need to do something even if they won't. It is what it is. Enjoy your weekend! 🎉
