Alive & Thriving Saturday : Finally Off Day Is Here 🙌 || AATYr5 || Slice of Life 😆

Yes, the end of the week is always a happy day for me, esp. since it means I finally get a day off. 😆 It's such a brief break from day work that it means so much.

For tonight, I decided to do something I haven't done in a while -- watch a movie from the files I got from my daughter. I chose the movie Reptile. It's a crime suspense movie that features dirty cops. Not bad. It's pretty suspenseful, although a little slow. I didn't get bored so I'd say it's pretty good. 😂

Alive&Thriving Saturday : 2 Tropical Cyclones (Really?!)

I find it funny how mainstream media report on two tropical cyclones in the country yet that's how hot it is. Can't help but take that photo since I find it crazy how it's hyped when there's nothing to hype about. 🙄 Based on experience, the lesser reported weather disturbances are the more devastating ones. TSK. 😒 Well, on a daily basis, I check Suspicious Observers on YT. Truly thankful there are channels like that. It provides helpful data. Our local weather report does not contain much substance. One will need to do his / her own research. 😒

Today was a regular day -- hot and humid as usual. I'm thankful it's the weekend and that the cooling system is scheduled for tonight. It's my treat for myself. 😌 My assistant is coming tomorrow. Hopefully, I get some rest too. I actually do not get much rest when cleaning or gardening is scheduled as I need to make sure my list of tasks gets accomplished. I wonder if I have too much scheduled for tomorrow. Perhaps I should tone it down a bit and move some tasks for another time. 🙄

I'm waiting for Mini to come home. Last night was rainy and she got home earlier than usual. Tonight, I checked twice but she has not shown herself yet. 🤔 I do wonder where she hangs out. There are other kitties outside but some just come and go. It's a good thing I don't need to get up too early tomorrow so I can wait a little more.

I'm done with my affiliate sites too. I have made them part of my daily routine so I do get to finish them earlier.

Last week I was too sleepy that I fell asleep on my work area. I woke up really late too as it's so cool and comfy with the cooling system still on. 😆 I got a pretty restful nap earlier after my work hours are over so I'm quite refreshed for the night. Hopefully, Mini comes home soon so I could lock up totally and call it a day. Do enjoy your weekend! Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! 👋
