Happy Sunday! Today I woke up feeling good. Guess that means I got a good night's sleep. I don't remember having any dreams, so it must have been a deep sleep. 😅 #thankful

Look at those kitties. There's something satisfying watching them eat. 😆 Glad they like their kibbles. It's a good thing I ordered last Friday, and the pet supplies store delivered it the same day. Whew!

It's cleaning Sunday today but I did get to relax somehow. I just wish I have more than one day off a week. That way I'll get to do more of the other stuff I want to do at home. There's quite a few more clutter that I haven't worked on in months. I thought I'd be able to work on them at the start of the year. Now, I'm counting down till the end of 2024 and I haven't started. Boohoo!

It turned out I reached my 14K HP milestone a day after last week's tracking report. Now my next goal is to reach 15K HP. It's just a matter of when that would be. 😅 Slow growth is better than none. I've seen $Hive increase a little but it remains low in my opinion. I do wonder what's keeping it down. Well, BTC is at an ATH. Will it reach $100K soon? I suppose it's wait and see. I wish I started HODLing BTC back when it started. At this rate right now, one can purchase a home here with just 1BTC.

I'm running late today as I did take my time in cleaning the guinea pig cage. Thankfully, all chores are done for the night. I'm prepping for bed after this. I'll resume counting down tomorrow. 😂

Breast Cancer: Early features

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in females. Many risk factors (genetic, environmental, lifestyle, etc) have been identified. Despite the availability of advanced treatment options, early detection is the utmost priority. Let us remind ourselves of some common features at the early stage of breast cancer:

  • Without any symptoms
  • Lump/mass in the breast
  • Skin dimpling
  • Inverted nipple (recent onset)- not always present
  • Bloody discharge
  • Lumps/masses in the armpits
  • Breast size/shape change, even without a lump/mass

Besides clinical examination by an expert, mammography, ultrasound, and sometimes an MRI are required to detect breast cancer at the earliest!
