Moving has to be one of the most unpleasant things a human being has to do.

I have yet to meet anyone who is happy before or after a move.

The mental fatigue beforehand is followed by physical fatigue afterwards.

If we do it on our own and with our own efforts, it is a real odyssey.

If, on the other hand, we can afford to pay a company to do the heavy work for us, we still have to take into account all the previous work of choosing the containers or boxes to put all the things (useful and useless) that we have accumulated for months/years.

And then the reverse process of rearranging them in our new housing.

Only after seeing everything tidy in the new delay can we sit back and look at the fruit of our efforts, perhaps with a beer in hand, and declare ourselves satisfied.
