It's about Amelie, the new President of UCA.

Bridget asked Sam to help someone named Amelie before her last breath and now I understand who the lady was that walked towards the sea earlier in the dream after Igor was taken and that's Amelie. The second episode of this game is about Amelie.

That's Amelie in the red dress and the kid is Sam. It was all happening in the dream though I guess these moments were memories. Sam was crying by the shore of the sea and Amelie went there to calm him down.

To calm the younger brother down, Amelie gave him this necklace saying its a dreamcatcher which will keep the nightmares away by wearing it when he sleep. And she said that she'll always be with him. And the second episode started after this.

And Sam got up from his sleep and dream with memories. His stamina and blood levels has been restored and his canteen has been refilled.

I could see all those suits in front of him that he can/should wear for different kinds of tasks. Die-Hardman called as soon as Sam got up and said there's a private room set aside for his use which is Bridges perk.

Die-Hardman suggested Sam to take a moment to clean up, wash all the chiralium off and then go to the president's office. I tried using the basin there to wash his face and it looked I could do some actions there like pouting, taking selfies, etc.

Then I went to the washroom to take a shower. There's option to use toile in that washroom as well but I could only take a shower at this moment.

Sam was taking a shower and washing off all the blood and chiralium and that's when Deadman called him. Sam was asking if there was nothing private anymore and Deadman replied with positive and added that only taking a shower and going to the toile is private now.

Deadman then asked Sam to go to the president's office as soon as he's done as she's waiting for him. I was wondering who is this she, as the president is no more and I bet Sam was wondering as well.

Then Sam reached the isolation ward of President's office all by himself and found Die-Hardman waiting for him there. He thanked Sam saying he did well and was saying that Bridget may no longer be with them but her legacy has a chance to live on.

Sam was about to leave and then Die-Hardman said that this is the face of their new hope, their new America and he was talking about this lady. Meet Amelie Lindsay Wagner, the sister of Sam in person. Its been ten years since they saw each other and in all that time, she hasn't aged a day.

Amelie tried handshaking with Sam but you know, Sam has a phobia about touching so he didn't go for it. For not getting older, Amelie was saying that Sam knows why, her body is still on the beach and that's why she doesn't' get to grow older.

Die-Hardman was mentioning Amelie as their new president, a new beginning for their peoples and for their nation. He believes under Amelie's leadership, they'll reestablish the UCA, The United Cities of America.

Amelie started talking about what happened to her in her journey and was showing all these using a technology which might be the chiralgram, and was saying how she helped survivors leading her team past craters and BT territory but the team was wiped out and Amelie was taken to a city and can't leave from there.
