I’ve come to the conclusion that Hive’s biggest issue, is actually the name Hive. Tell someone to find our platform by searching “Hive”, and they’ll never find it.
I’ll add a token I already created as a possible name.

I've still been grappling with the phrasing I use on Twitter when discussing it and usually default to Inleo.IO on the Hive Blockchain.
Once we get people here they can explore and expand their understanding.

I just feel Hive will become background infrastructure and the average user only needs to know we are basically crypto X. (twitter)
I may do some AB testing. I think the main thing is to get people here, and keep it rewarding and enjoyable to use.

That's actually the reason I wanted to launch a token for the @skatehive community, and made Stoken, aka the stoke token. The idea being to memeify the idea of stoke, with things like Stokenomics, Proof of Stoke, and instead of calling it curation, we call it sharing the stoke.
That's clever iteration with the name, and easy to remember.
I don't know about never. I think there's some that see the issue, but it's just that we'd need an idea that is SO good that the majority of people agree. Which I agree is not likely, but I won't say it's impossible.

Change them up and I can see a rebrand going through.
