John walked into the office and greeted his boss, who was sitting at his desk with a frown on his face. "What's the matter?" John asked.

His boss looked up at him and shook his head. "I just got off the phone with our biggest client. They're canceling their contract with us."

John's heart sank. Losing their biggest client could mean trouble for the company. "What happened?" he asked.

His boss shrugged. "They found another company that could offer them a better deal. We just can't compete with their prices."

John nodded sympathetically. He had been with the company for a few years and knew how hard everyone had worked to secure that client. Losing them was a huge blow.

His boss sighed and shook his head again. "We'll have to come up with a new strategy. We can't afford to lose any more clients."

John nodded and left the office, deep in thought. He knew that they had to come up with a plan quickly or the company could be in serious trouble. As he walked back to his desk, he couldn't help but shake his head at the unfortunate turn of events.
