"The Oasis of Frassino - Peschiera del Garda - Verona"

I wanted to share with you the wonderful experience I had yesterday, on a beautiful sunny day spent at Oasi del Frassino. I had heard about this enchanting place, and some friends who had already been there assured me that it was a true paradise near Peschiera del Garda, close to Lake Garda. As usual, before heading out, I did some online research to understand its location and read reviews that, I must say, convinced me to explore this natural gem. Needless to say, I was not disappointed.

As soon as I entered, the beauty of Oasi del Frassino revealed itself in all its splendor. The Frassino Lake, declared a UNESCO Natural Protection Oasis in 2011, appeared before me as a true haven of serenity surrounded by lush nature. The walk along the nature trail, circling the lake, promised to unveil the rich variety of flora and fauna that inhabits this corner of paradise. Along the way, I found birdwatching points, offering the opportunity to closely observe the winged inhabitants of this magical place. I'm already thinking of returning in spring to seize the opportunity to observe even more closely the life that awakens during that time, especially because now there are few traces of birds, lots of wild ducks, but many birds have migrated.

Frassino Lake, with its calm and transparent waters, reflected the blue sky above, offering a breathtaking view. The snow-capped mountains in the distance added a touch of majesty to the landscape. The variety of species in this place attests to the biological richness of the area, and I tried to capture every moment with my camera, although I know that nothing can do justice to the natural beauty of this place and the tranquility it conveys.

After the walk, I decided to stop at the Ardea Purpurea Restaurant, located right next to the Oasis. With a panoramic view of Frassino Lake, the restaurant added a romantic touch to my afternoon. Before leaving this enchanting place, I made a promise to myself: I will return, perhaps to make a video in spring when nature fully awakens. This place left me with an indelible memory and made me realize how important it is to preserve these oases of natural beauty, especially since they are at risk due to the nearby high-speed rail line!
