Un pincel y un pergamino
Un corazón: Las piezas de un rompecabezas
Una prisión: Amargura y tristeza
Vendas, uvas y algodón
Un volcán en erupción
Alas rotas y manchas de tinta
La armonía quedó extinta
Memorias y escrituras
No son más que ataduras
No son más que un tormento
Que dejan el alma en fragmentos
De las nubes color ceniza
Descendieron gotas de lluvia
Que purificaron con dulzura
Las heridas de aquella figura
Junto con la primavera
Floreció la esperanza, la fe y el amor
Llevándose todo el dolor
Que una vez fue desgarrador
Después de la tempestad
El sol volvió a brillar
Dejando por fin en libertad
A un ángel que sólo quería volar

A paintbrush and parchment
A heart: The pieces of a puzzle
A prison: Bitterness and sadness
Bandages, grapes and cotton
An erupting volcano
Broken wings and ink stains
Harmony was extinguished
Memories and writings
They are nothing but bindings
They are nothing but torment
That leave the soul in fragments
From the ash-coloured clouds
Raindrops descended
That purified with sweetness
The wounds of that figure
Along with spring
Hope, faith and love flourished
Carrying away all the pain
That once was heart-rending
After the storm
The sun shone again
Letting free at last
An angel who only wanted to fly
