LOH #155 Question number one
We Women have multiple phases in our life where we go through hormonal imbalance, like monthly menstruation, pregnancy, menopause. Not only our physical but our mental health also gets impacted. Share with us, how do you take care of these sensitive times and take care of your physical and mental health?!
My thoughts
The first thing I'm doing is reading affirmation quotes that will inspire me during sensitive days. I take my activities one at a time. I make sure I have enough sleep and I eat well. Take a bath it will help to relax our mind as well. Sometimes I avoid to socializing and be alone. Also, I'm avoiding too much activity so I will not overwhelm. When I hear something bad about me, I make sure that I move on and don't take it personally. I watched vlogs on youtube to changed my mood that will make me happy. I played with my kids and talked to them it helps me to handle my roller coaster feeling. See them around me makes relax and chill. Talking to a friend, family and loved ones will also ease the sensitivity feelings.
This part of women's life is really hard to handle because this is the phase that affects the physical and mental health of us. Some of us are diagnosed with different mental health disorder. I know it's hard to handle these feelings, but day by day practicing me time will help it. I suggest if you feel an extreme emotion please consult a doctor. During this time, let's help each other.

I hear you. In my not so good days I prefer to get away from sensory overload, noise, and external stimulus. Usually by turning off all electronics, closing my eyes and recline for an hour sometimes with soft music.
