Home Education Curation Collection. 26th March 2023
My apologies for missing last fortnight. Peakd seemed to be conspiring against me every time I tried to write the curation! 😅 Thank you @missdeli for a wonderful round up again last week. Once again we've have so many fantastic posts this week and I already know it's going to be hard to choose between them all.
First our usual thank you everyone who makes this community what it is. This week 5% beneficiaries for interaction and contribution to the HomeEdders community go to:
• @belkyscabrera
• @ramisey
• @yessi08
• @missdeli
This week @leomarylm shared some activities she did with her daughters to help strengthen their writing and overall literacy skills. I really liked the variety of activities she had prepared and the attractive colours of the worksheets.
Science and art came together in this post from @taliakerch, experimenting with milk to create art. Who'd have thought that milk could make such a good blank canvas?
Before I started homeschooling, it never really occurred to me that learning doesn't just happen in school. It actually happens as part of our lives and when it's not made a chore, we don't even need a break from it. In fact, as @missdeli demonstrates, learning even continues when we're on vacation.
@emmaris brought us a couple of fun early learning activities this week. I think my favourite was this magnetic game for helping to develop motor skills. Moving the piece from behind the paper makes for a interesting dynamic.
Another activity for developing motor skills and number recognition as well, came from @yessi08. I found this a very creative approach and can imagine it would be lots of fun.
Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @minismallholding and this week I have added @canadian-coconut as 10% beneficiary for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!

interesting article
Thanks so much for the mention and support!
It's really a fun activity; my son is 9 years old, and he enjoyed it a lot! hehe.
As I said in the post, if the child is very young (2-3 years old), you can substitute numbers for colors or shapes!
Blessings!
I loved things that got my hands moving and fiddling with things as a child, so I would have loved these kinds of activities for learning.
I simply love our community! ❤❤ I'm happy to share here some of our educational moments and also, learning from others.
Thank you very much for the esteemed community support. Let us continue to teach and create from home with love.
Greetings and blessings
