Home Education Curation Collection. 24th April 2022
We had a wonderful selection of homeschooling posts once again. It was lovely to go through to see all the great ideas and how families are progressing with things.
First our usual thank you everyone who makes this community what it is. This week 5% beneficiaries for interaction and contribution to the HomeEdders community go to:
• @eumelysm
• @afterglow
• @cmplxty
• @virgilio07
It's lovely to welcome a new homeschooler into the community. This week @utopialive shares some of her experiences home educating her daughter and asks for some insights on teaching language and phonics when the student doesn't seem interested.
Staying on the subject of literacy, @melbourneswest has begun introducing his youngest to letters. They have a little help in this department from big sister, demonstrating how siblings can help one another on their learning journey.
For the science lovers, @virgilio07 shares a volcanic eruption experiment the kids are bound to love. The erupting fluid is even red, which is a great touch.
Ever one to make the most of events to entertain and educate, @missdeli did a lovely range of activities for world bee day with her son. Lots of painting, colouring, glueing and sorting happening here to help develop those motor skills while learning about all about bees.
I'll wrap up with a fun maths/counting game from @leomarylm where Juanita the frog got help crossing the pond. I love the giant dice they got to use here too!
Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @minismallholding and this week I have added @ as 10% beneficiary for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!

All beneficiaries added this time, apologies for my mess up last time. Hive was sent out manually to everyone. It wasn't a small fortune, unfortunately, but I hope it still conveys our appreciation of all the support for this community
