Home Education Curation Collection. 23rd March 2024
It's been a busy week in the community again and it's lovely to see lots of interactions in the comments sections again. It's been a while since we've been able to gather the full 4 beneficiaries for interaction and burn through a bit of voting power on comments alone.
So first our usual thank you everyone who makes this community what it is. This week 5% beneficiaries for interaction and contribution to the HomeEdders community go to:
• @belkisa758
• @eumelysm
• @emmaris
• @leomarylm
With spring starting in the northern hemisphere, @missdeli, as always, found creative ways to use it for learning opportunities. I loved that she shared with us a Romanian spring tradition. Do you have any spring traditions in your country or even just your household?
With her son's autism, @eumelysm is very aware of the importance of tactile and sensory simulation for children's development. It's something she does regularly with her son and besides painting with hands she gives us some other tactile activity ideas.
We've had lots of updates from @romeskie on her homeschooling journey with her daughter, so I'll just share the most recent here and if you haven't had chance to look through her other posts I can recommend them. They are always informative and thought provoking. In her last instalment they were learning a bit of dress making for dolls.
It's been a while since we had an activity from @zonaescolar, so it was good to see them back with a craft activity to make de-stress toys. This is sure to get them working on control and hopefully flour is fairly easy to clean up if there are spillages.
I loved this fun game from @taliakerch to train in languages. For her son it was done in English as a foreign language, but I can imagine it would be fun in lots of different languages, even your own native language.
Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @minismallholding and this week I have added @missdeli as 10% beneficiary for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!
