Home Education Curation Collection. 16th October 2022
We had so many posts this week to choose from!! It's great to see the diversity through the posts and I've loved reading all the homeschooling ideas and thoughts you've shared with the rest of us!
First our usual thank you everyone who makes this community what it is. This week 5% beneficiaries for interaction and contribution to the HomeEdders community go to:
• @virgilio07
• @belkyscabrera
• @nubra11
• @minismallholding
@ingridontheroad shares with us this week a good example of what are and how to use Inquiry Questions. These properly formulated question promote active learning and can be used with any topic and any age group.
What a fun strategy @jerm20 has shown us in order to help our little kids on Addition and Substraction Math exercises. I think it's very easy to set up and also promotes fine motor skills development by handling the little beans.
I loved @yessi08's post! She and her boy had a great time together, I can tell. I think most kids want to participate in the kitchen when fun is involved, especially when baking delicious treats. And Yessi came up with one Math learning opportunity helping her son practice counting and more.
@leomarylm and her youngest daughter did a fantastic job using recycled materials to create the Earth planet and its layers. What an efficient way to learn about the structure of our planet! Kids definitely love making crafts and I'm sure that when Art and crafts are combined, learning is happening easily.
@riverflows shared with us this week her experience of teaching two little girls about mushrooms and how to grow them at home. I think her post it's a good example of how you can use a variety of resources when homeschooling.
Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @missdeli and this week I have added @amphlux as 10% beneficiary for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!
