Hello there and welcome to week 22 of our weekly engagement, the week promises to once again be full of excitement as always and we take this opportunity to encourage all to participate and join in this week's activity.

We are in the end days of October, and even as we wrap up the month, we would like to remind all of us to get our breasts checked, remember breast cancer doesn't only affect women but also men, and getting yourself checked is free in October, so take advantage of it now. So without wasting much time, let's see what we have for today;

The Art of Self Discovery; Passion and Purpose

Life's journey is different for each of us, for some, we discover our path at a very young and early age, and for some we find ourselves on so many different paths, navigating the hills and valleys of life before we find ourselves and where we belong.

Discovering Your purpose in life and what your passion is could make all the difference in one's life, allowing you to focus your energy on where it's needed and doing the needful not just for yourself but for all that may be around you. For this week, we want to hear about this journey of yours in discovering yourself.

Environmental Conservation; Making an Impact

Michael Jackson once said, that if we wish to make an impact in the world we ought to start with the man in the mirror who is you and I, and that we are the world, we make the present and the future, our life's decisions and our actions and inactions have consequences on us and where we find ourselves for generations to come.

Our environment is crucial to our survival as a human race, nowadays, pollution and other negativities have filled our land, and global warming is something to be worried about, how do we protect our environment, how do we conserve what we have now and how do we as individuals, not corporate bodies or organizations, contribute our quota to this growing development?

Small Gestures, Big Impact; Showing Appreciation

A great writer once said that it is in the little things that we do that we find love, for ourselves and for those around us. A lot of times people do not fully grasp the intensity of their small gestures, how much they mean to others, and how appreciative they may be.
