@carminasalazarte: I think that a society totally dominated by women (or men) could work in the short term but not in the long term. This is with the thought that there are no men in a matriarchal society and women in a patriarchal society. I know that there are matriarchal communities that work very well, because there are no leadership problems and the roles are well defined among them so that everything works as it should. This is not surprising. We could even think of the Etruscans. However, the only problem is that in all these communities there was the presence of both sexes.
