I just saw this, and can appreciate your enthusiasm, but I am not at all enthused. Haley is devoted to the prospect of censorship, and has no, none, zero interest in free speech. Nothing would be worse for free speech, including the recently slapped down abusive administration, which the courts have had to restrain from censoring Americans through abusing private companies. Nikky Haley will make that worse, not better.
She doesn't want to know the algorithms so she can eliminate them. She just wants to change who gets censored (if she wants to change that at all).

I don't have an idea about politics honestly speaking, it seems that my preference on this matter now is who is lesser evil than the other candidates.
Decentralization is the only way to make things better, taking away the power from the centralized entity and putting it on the hands of the community.
