How do we fight reward abuse, spam, and bad behavior on the MCGI Cares (Hive) community? || ¿Cómo se combate el abuso de las recompensas, el spam y el mal comportamiento en la Comunidad MIDI Cuida (Hive)?

MCGI Cares (Hive) community was created out of love and a mission to share the words of God while giving Hive rewards for all our brethren who are participating. We are aware that for some people living in developing countries, there is a cost of the internet data and electricity to joining aside for the time and effort of the live Zoom conferences, for this cause we want to compensate our community for their effort and to support continuously gather ourselves on the Zoom meeting.

How do we fight reward abuse, spam, and bad behavior?

Similar to other Hive communities, the MCGI Cares (Hive) community is doing some effort to fight bad behavior so we can reward all deserving people that are participating here.

1.) Firstly, we are reaching out to all our brethren via direct messages to verify our personal information.
2.) We are requesting our community if we can submit a video reaction post so we can assure that we are real people.
3.) Most of the studies are being done on our Zoom meeting, we prefer the Zoom app so we can let us check the time in and time out, the cameras, and if we are attentively listening while joining the Zoom meeting.

3.A.) Time-in and time-out. The live Zoom conference schedule is time-sensitive as we cannot replay the missed discussion so we are considering it and requesting to all if we can join on time and leave after the closing remark.

3.B.) Turning on the cameras is important to verify that we are attentively listening. We are discouraging our brethren to do other activities while we are listening to the words of God. If we have a tight busy schedule, you can message us so we can suggest other replays that we can join later.

4.) Copy/pasting other posts is not allowed! We noticed other people have done it and we asked them if they do not stop it, they can be banned from our community forever. This is also a warning to all who are thinking of tricking the system, it does not work in this community as we are doing this at the live Zoom conference.

Conclusion

We do not stop anyone to join and study the words of God, you can always join the Zoom meeting whether we can follow these rules or not but the upvotes we are giving are only dedicated to our brethren we are carefully following the rules on the community. If we do not like what we are seeing here, no one is stopping us to leave and we are not also forcing you to join, please act accordingly to your faith and let us not be motivated by the money alone, the love of God is the greatest thing to have in our life, if we have the love of God even if we are poor, we are sufficient enough.

1.) En primer lugar, estamos llegando a todos nuestros hermanos a través de mensajes directos para verificar nuestra información personal.
2.) Estamos solicitando a nuestra comunidad si podemos enviar un vídeo de reacción para poder asegurar que somos personas reales.
3.) La mayoría de los estudios se están realizando en nuestra reunión de Zoom, preferimos la aplicación de Zoom para que nos permita comprobar el tiempo de entrada y salida, las cámaras, y si estamos escuchando atentamente mientras nos unimos a la reunión de Zoom.

3.A.) Tiempo de entrada y tiempo de salida. El horario de la conferencia de Zoom en vivo es sensible al tiempo, ya que no podemos reproducir la discusión perdida, por lo que estamos considerando y solicitando a todos si podemos unirnos a tiempo y salir después de la observación de cierre.

3.B.) Encender las cámaras es importante para verificar que estamos escuchando atentamente. Estamos desanimando a nuestros hermanos a hacer otras actividades mientras estamos escuchando las palabras de Dios. Si tenemos una agenda apretada, puedes enviarnos un mensaje para que podamos sugerir otras repeticiones a las que podamos unirnos más tarde.

4.) No está permitido copiar/pegar otros mensajes. Nos hemos dado cuenta de que otras personas lo han hecho y les hemos pedido que si no lo dejan, pueden ser expulsados de nuestra comunidad para siempre. Esto es también una advertencia para todos los que están pensando en engañar al sistema, no funciona en esta comunidad como lo estamos haciendo en la conferencia de Zoom en vivo.

Conclusión

No impedimos que nadie se una y estudie las palabras de Dios, siempre puedes unirte a la reunión de Zoom si podemos seguir estas reglas o no, pero los upvotes que estamos dando sólo están dedicados a nuestros hermanos estamos siguiendo cuidadosamente las reglas en la comunidad. Si no nos gusta lo que estamos viendo aquí, nadie nos impide irnos y tampoco te estamos obligando a unirte, por favor actúa de acuerdo a tu fe y no nos dejemos motivar solo por el dinero, el amor de Dios es lo más grande que debemos tener en nuestra vida, si tenemos el amor de Dios aunque seamos pobres, somos suficientes.
