Metaverse Music + HPUD Post

I've been on Hive for a few months now and I appreciate the community and where it's going. Seeing all the quality posts made it a little intimidating to create one at first but everyone I've interacted with has been very helpful. I'll definitely look to post more in the new year.
As an artist it's important to find ways to separate yourself from the crowd. Music doesn't really capture the attention like it use to so it's important to incorporate other aspects to draw listeners in. Within the last few months the term "metaverse" has become more popularized as we find ourselves learning new ways to interact with one another.
Due to the pandemic, these thoughts have been accelerated with an emphasis on ways to interact safely. Artists have started having shows in the metaverse and the possibilities seem to be endless. Taking all this information it led me to think how I could benefit from making some changes in how I present my music.
I'd been seeing people interact with Crytpovoxels creating their own communities and eventually it gave me the thought to create my own. I basically want to create my own virtual experiences that will incorporate my music. My first iteration I want to keep fairly simple since I know it'll be many peoples first time interacting with this type of metaverse. I had the thought to make it like a museum with my music being the "artwork". I'm about 85% done and hopefully it'll be ready before the end of the month.

How nice you are building your 'own' space at Cryptovoxels. Though I know the Cryptovoxel service, I never really entered that world. Maybe I did, but that was years ago. Anyways, do you have a link to your space? Also wondering, t build something like your build, what is required? I presume a piece of land, some money to get construction done etc?
My space isn't quite ready yet but I will for sure share that link when I have it completed! In regards to my build they actually offer free spaces also which is what I'm using currently. They have several templates you can choose to start from and you can just add on what you'd like to make your ideal setup. I just watched a few videos online and started creating I haven't had to purchase anything yet but I'm also learning how to create my own voxels so in the case I wanted to add say a pool table, I can create my own instead of having to purchase one.
Nice to know one can start with free stuff. Did you ever try AltSpaceVR? Whole worlds (small ones, but still) can be created by templates and all sorts of stuff can be put into it, all for free. Have ample experience with that metaverse, but checked some stuff when I was attending HiveFest back in 2020 (that was held in AltSpaceVR). YT streams and the likes can be shown on screens and all. Was thinking to create a club and getting DJs to play. But that idea never materialised. Maybe, one day 🙃

I haven't heard of AltSpaceVR will for sure have to look into that! Oh nice yea I was thinking of creating an online listening party experience where users can interact w/ each other that may be an ideal space to set that up. Your club idea sounds promising! Thanks I'm looking to have it done before the end of the month will definitely share the link here.
