FAITH, CONFIDENCE AND OPTIMISM TO BEGIN A NEW YEAR [ESP-ENG]

Primero que nada agradezco de manera enorme por comenzar el nuevo año 2024 en conjunto con mi familia y con mi gente, pero sobretodo agradezco el saber que tengo buena salud para poder realizar todo lo que me proponga al transcurrir este año, agradezco a Dios por todo lo posible, a mi familia por estar y apoyar, a la mejor plataforma que existe #Hive, por permitirme plasmar y atesorar los mejores momentos.

El 2023 fue un año definitivamente de mucho aprendizaje a nivel personal, pase por circunstancias que ameritaron FE, CONFIANZA y mucho OPTIMISMO, de hecho, en el ultimo trimestre del año que pasó, decidí que esas 3 palabras debía tenerlas presente en todo momento.

Comencé este año con mayor CONFIANZA en mí misma y no solamente esto, sino que aprendí qué a veces me tengo que dejar ayudar por terceros, no siempre podemos llegar a ser autosuficientes, debemos aprender y dar gracias a Dios que hoy estamos en este plano terrenal, pero el día que no estemos somos reemplazado en todo, por ende, delegar y dejar que nos ayuden es fundamental.

OPTIMISMO, muchas veces nos cuenta tener presente lo que esto significa, sobretodo si estamos pasando por un mal momento, pero aunque duela y aunque parezca mentira, hasta estudios han confirmado que el estar optimista ante una situación de estrés puede fortalecer tu sistema inmunológico.

FE, ese sentimiento que siempre está, o que siempre debe estar presente, no importa en quien se crea, a qué religión pertenezcas, siempre creerás en algo o en alguien para que en momentos difíciles o en algún momento de agradecimiento te dirijas hacia allá.

Otra cosa que aprendí, o mejor dicho fortaleci mucho más fue VALOR DE LAS COSAS, desde lo más sencillo, hasta lo más complejo, valoro el despertar respirando, ya que esto me indica que estoy viva, valoro en el tener una familia, valoro el tener amistades e incluso valoro las personas que se alejaron, ya que eso me indica que no eran verdaderos amigos, cada amanecer, cada aprendizaje, incluso cada regalo que aún recibo de mi madre, ya que eso me indica que la tengo conmigo, y no solo valoro, agradezco y bendigo todo esto, solo por nombrar algunas de muchas.

Aunado a todo esto, mis deseos para este nuevo año serian:

• Mantener unida a mi familia.
• Darle lo mejor a mis hijos, y no hablo de cosas materiales, sino de lo que realmente necesitan para una vida plena.
• Trabajar duro, pero sin confundir la frase "Vivir para trabajar".
• Dar lo mejor de mi, sin importar lo que digan y sin esperar nada a cambio.
• Ayudar a quien más lo necesite en lo que esté a mi alcance.
  La vida es un ratico, un instante, es tan efímera que ahorita estamos y más tarde no sabemos, estamos prestados en este plano terrenal...

Cómo dice una frase, que en algún momento escuché (no recuerdo el autor), "LA MUERTE ESTA TAN SEGURA DE GANAR, QUE NOS DA TODA UNA VIDA DE VENTAJA"... cosa que debemos reflexionar.....

First of all I am very grateful for starting the new year 2024 together with my family and my people, but above all I am grateful to know that I have good health to be able to do everything I propose to do during this year, I thank God for everything possible, my family for being and supporting me, the best platform that exists #Hive, for allowing me to capture and treasure the best moments.

2023 was definitely a year of much learning on a personal level, I went through circumstances that merited FAITH, CONFIDENCE and much OPTIMISM, in fact, in the last quarter of the year that passed, I decided that those 3 words should be present at all times.

I started this year with more CONFIDENCE in myself and not only this, but I learned that sometimes I have to let others help me, we can not always become self-sufficient, we must learn and thank God that today we are on this earthly plane, but the day we are not we are replaced in everything, therefore, delegate and let them help us is essential.

OPTIMISM, many times we are not aware of what this means, especially if we are going through a bad time, but although it hurts and although it may seem untrue, even studies have confirmed that being optimistic in a stressful situation can strengthen your immune system.

FAITH, that feeling that is always there, or should always be present, no matter who you believe in, what religion you belong to, you will always believe in something or someone so that in difficult moments or in a moment of gratitude you will turn there.

Another thing I learned, or rather I strengthened a lot more was the VALUE OF THINGS, from the simplest to the most complex, I value waking up breathing, since this tells me that I am alive, I value having a family, I value having friendships and I even value the people who moved away, I value every sunrise, every learning, even every gift I still receive from my mother, because that tells me that I have her with me, and I not only value, I thank and bless all this, just to name a few of many.

In addition to all this, my wishes for this new year would be:

• To keep my family together.
• To give the best to my children, and I am not talking about material things, but what they really need for a full life.
• Work hard, but without confusing the phrase "Live to work".
• To give the best of myself, no matter what anyone says and without expecting anything in return.
• To help those who need it most in whatever way I can.
  Life is a short time, an instant, it is so ephemeral that now we are and later we do not know, we are on loan on this earthly plane ....

As a phrase I heard at some point (I don't remember the author) says, "DEATH IS SO SURE TO WIN, THAT IT GIVES US A WHOLE LIFETIME ADVANTAGE"... something we should reflect upon.....
