In this Christmas season we usually make many meals and leave the healthy food, this causes in some cases that we gain weight, which then in January we want to lose, to eat without regrets I invite you to alternate healthy food with the typical food of Christmas so that you do not alter your weight and keep you as you are.
So for today I bring you a warm salad of vegetables and chicken that offers benefits in our healthy eating.
Ingredients
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1/2 chicken breast
- Salt to taste
- Adobo artesanal
Preparation
Take the cauliflower, carrot and zucchini, wash very well and peel the carrot.
Cut the vegetables.
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Season the chicken breast.
Place the chicken breast in a non-stick frying pan, in my case I used a kitchen faire type pan.
When the breast is cooked, add the vegetables, first the carrot and cauliflower.
Then the zucchini.
Let them cook al dente and remove from the heat.
Then serve hot.
To avoid the consumption of carbohydrates I served it with plantains, because I like the combination of flavors of the vegetables and chicken with the sweetness of the plantain.
But you have the option to serve it with rice if your guests wish.

En esta temporada navideña se suelen hacer muchas comidas y salir de la comida sana, esto ocasiona en algunos casos que subimos de peso, que después en enero queremos perder, para comer sin remordimientos te invito a alternar comida sana con la comida típica de la navidad a fin que que no te altere tu peso y te mantengas tal cual eres.
De manera que para hoy les traigo una ensalada tibia de vegetales y pollo que ofrece beneficios en nuestra alimentación sana.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 calabacín
- 1 zanahoria
- 1 coliflor pequeño
- 1/2 pechuga de pollo
- Sal al gusto
- Adobo artesanal
Preparación
Tomar el coliflor, la zanahoria y el calabacín, lavar muy bien y pelar la zanahoria
Cortar los vegetales.
Cortar la pechuga de pollo en tiritas
Condimentar la pechuga de pollo.
Llevar la pechuga a una sarten antiadherente, en mi caso use un molde tipo kitchen faire.
Cuando la pechuga estuvo cocida incorpore los vegetales, primero la zanahoria y el coliflor.
Posteriormente el calabacín.
Dejar que se cocinen al dente y retirar del fuego.
Seguidamente servir caliente.
Para evitar el consumo de carbohidratos lo serví con plátanos, pues me gusta la combinación de sabores de los vegetales y el pollo con lo dulce del plátano.
Pero tienes la opción de servirlo con arroz si sus comensales así lo desean.
