Mass indoctrination day 5

From today's teaching we where taught that fasting is a crucial act that aids in the effectiveness of our prayers, but it must be done correctly. Fasting is a prayerful act, and the Bible instructs us how to fast properly in Isaiah 58:6.
God desires that we fast without sinning, that we fast by breaking the bindings of the wicked and forgiving those who have wronged us. We should not deprive the poor of anything during the fasting season. Because if we do all the Bible tells us to do, our fasting and prayers become more powerful.Fasting should not be something that is flaunted, but rather something that is done quietly. We should not announce or inform others that we are fasting. Fasting for three days can help to rejuvenate the immune system as a whole. Fasting is a practice that is done in conjunction with prayer. Don't fast without praying. Fast and pray, but also donate to the poor, show compassion for others, forgive others, aid the poor, and clothe those who are in need while fasting and praying. Husbands should love and respect their wives in the same way as Christ loves and respects the Church. Husbands should treat their wives as if they were their own bodies, and since they don't want to injure their bodies, they should treat them as such.They need to stop hurting their wives. Any man's heart can be changed by a woman's good character. Because her husband is her head, and her husband's head is Jesus, and Jesus' head is God, women are obligated to cover their heads. It is not expected of a man to cover his head. As a wife, you have authority over your husband's body, and vice versa. When you want to pray and fast, as husband and wife, you should agree to abstain from having sex for that amount of time for Prayer has a lot of power over us. Sexual connections should be avoided while praying. Fasting should be done in conjunction with prayer.

Fasting Should be done in conjunction with prayer. If you are fasting and not eating, give your bread to the hungry; if you see a homeless person, invite them to your home; if you see someone who is in need of clothing, provide them with clothing.
Formal believe:
The word that was taught today is inline with my formal believe.
How does the word affect our life's: like I will always say, practice make perfect, we should always make good use of the word we have heard, by so doing it will make an impact in our life's.
