Notes: I expected more from it but it is correct. It has a wheat aroma and flavor but the hops stand out more with herbal and tropical fruit characters like mango, papaya and banana. It is brewed with Mandarina Bavaria, Centennial, Summit and Cascade hops, and with 56 IBUs of bitterness. It is recommended to be served with Sushi, cheese and seafood, at a temperature between 4 and 8 degrees. It was silver medalist at the Canada Brewing Adward 2013.
