¿Preferirías quedarte sin agua o electricidad durante una semana?

Hola Señoritas de Ladies of HIVE, me alegra saludarles.

Respondiendo la pregunta, cuál sería mi elección para estar más cómoda ¿será la electricidad o el agua?

Inmediatamente voy a mi sistema de vida, de respirar y de manejarme día a día, probablemente sean muchos los días que pueda pasar sin electricidad, aunque sin agua es difícil de manejar, es nuestra fuente principal,es vital para cada uno y definitivamente elegiría quedarme con agua y permanecer una semana sin electricidad.
Los contras serían, una semana sin trabajo porque obvio no tendría internet y boom el caos Jejeje, es aquí donde es importante saber, por qué decidimos hacer algo, tomar buenas decisiones, algunos pudiéramos pensar que una semana es poco, aunque si prestamos atención a la elección, puedo dejar de trabajar una semana por no tener electricidad, por otro lado, ¿creen posible permanecer muchos días sin agua ? Si en un solo día sales a algún lado , te deshidratas y llegas corriendo a casa a beber mucha agua por un día agitado, ¿cierto?, así de vital es el agua y la pregunta me hace poder ir y buscar mi prioridad en medio de todas las cosas.

Leyendo una historia sobre una mujer que fue a buscar agua en el pozo, dado que antiguamente usaban pozos para este suministro, era un trabajo esforzado, sacar en lo profundo del pozo y a parte llevarlo hasta su hogar, sin embargo, a esta mujer se le presenta un hombre pidiéndole de esa agua para beber, me llama mucho la atención porque a pesar de ser algo tan difícil para obtener, ella le ofrece amablemente a él y también dice darle a beber a los camellos que con él venían en su grupo de camino, eso le llevaría mucho más tiempo de su labor normal, es hermoso que no miro el esfuerzo sino el poder suministrar este recurso tan valioso y ser de ayuda a esta persona y a sus animales que eran el medio de transporte para esa época también, vemos que en la actualidad sería algo cómo el combustible para poder continuar, esa es la valiosa función de tener siempre agua en medio nuestro, luego de todo esto vienen otras cosas buenas para esta mujer; Cuando hacemos las cosas desde la humildad y cómo colaboradores sin mirar solo lo superficial, entonces nos damos cuenta que es mejor dar que recibir. Me encanto esta lectura y quise solo compartir una pequeña parte de ella porque me fue recordada cuando leí estas opciones en las preguntas a elegir.

I watched a movie called DUNE and one of the sub-themes is the extreme scarcity of water for life and how a culture had built up over the centuries over the value of this life giving commodity.
You're post here takes me back to days without pumps and pipes when water is obtained with much effort compared to the conveniences of today's such that we take it for granted. Manually drawing, delivering and serving water on a daily basis is often a thankless job performed by innumerable women for thousands of years but no less vital for civilizations to thrive.
