Reflexiones de hogar || Home Reflections [ESP-ING]

El hogar es el lugar en el que pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo, sin embargo, habitar el hogar, la existencia misma en ella y dentro de nosotros, puede tener muchos significados, sobre el lugar, el espacio que ocupamos en él, sentirnos seguros, entre tantos otros, dependerá siempre de la relación que tengamos sobre el hogar y como no relacionamos con él. Vamos haciendo de nuestro refugio un espacio donde podamos sentirnos tranquilos y seguros. Nuestra casa se vuelve un reflejo de nosotros, sin embargo, no somos consientes de ello, pasamos por alto los pequeños grandes detalles.

Home is the place where we spend most of our time, however, inhabiting the home, the very existence in it and within us, can have many meanings, about the place, the space we occupy in it, feeling safe, among many others, will always depend on the relationship we have with the home and how we relate to it. We make our shelter a space where we can feel calm and safe. Our home becomes a reflection of us, however, we are not aware of it, we overlook the little big details.

Esta reflexión que me aborda se ubica en la idea de como nos relacionamos con el mundo y como lo reflejamos en nuestro entorno más cercano. Muchas veces no analizamos profundamente lo que reflejamos, vivimos en piloto automático la mayor parte del día. Esta relación propia, reflejo-entorno, es simplemente la búsqueda de acortar la distancia de nosotros con el medio que nos rodea, especialmente es los espacios de mayor intimidad. Esta proximidad solo sería un manifiesto de la cercanía que tenemos con nosotros mismo, reflejando al mundo lo que realmente somos con la menor interferencia posible.

This reflection that addresses me is located in the idea of how we relate to the world and how we reflect it in our immediate environment. Many times we do not analyze deeply what we reflect, we live on autopilot most of the day. This own relationship, reflection-environment, is simply the search to shorten the distance between us and the environment that surrounds us, especially in the most intimate spaces. This proximity would only be a manifesto of the closeness we have with ourselves, reflecting to the world what we really are with the least possible interference.

Mientras tengamos la mirada puesta en nosotros, permanecer consiente de sí mismos, podremos construir una relación propia lo suficientemente íntima como para reflejar en el entorno más inmediato nuestra verdadera esencia. Pareciera que todo esto tiene relación con la acción, sin embargo, yendo un poco más allá, es el pensamiento que nos lleva a actuar, entonces, por ende, al cambiar nuestros pensamientos, nuestro mundo interno, podremos cambiar el mundo a nuestro alrededor. Nos construimos internamente con cada pensamiento, con cada palabra, con cada sentimiento, para tener acciones determinadas en el mundo exterior.

As long as we keep our gaze focused on ourselves, remaining self-aware, we can build a relationship with ourselves that is intimate enough to reflect our true essence in our immediate surroundings. It would seem that all this is related to action, however, going a little further, it is thought that leads us to action, therefore, by changing our thoughts, our internal world, we will be able to change the world around us. We build ourselves internally with every thought, with every word, with every feeling, in order to have determined actions in the outside world.

Tenemos mundo en la medida que estemos claro de la identidad que estamos forjando y construyendo día a día. Somos nuestro propio refugio, mientras estemos en paz con nosotros mismos podremos considerar que vivimos en un lugar seguro y afectivo. No dejo de mirar los diferentes espacios del lugar que habito, pensando y evaluando que tanto se parecen a la versión de lo que quiero llegar a ser, que tanto se parecen a mi nueva realidad desconocida. Estas imágenes que presento hoy son la mirada constante que le doy a ciertos espacios que me simbolizan reflexión del camino hacia mi éxito.

We have a world to the extent that we are clear about the identity we are forging and building day by day. We are our own refuge, as long as we are at peace with ourselves we can consider that we live in a safe and affective place. I keep looking at the different spaces of the place I inhabit, thinking and evaluating how much they resemble the version of what I want to become, how much they resemble my new unknown reality. These images that I present today are the constant look that I give to certain spaces that symbolize reflection of the road to my success.
