THE MAKING OF A JEAN JACKET FOR MY SELF///SHOEMAKING PRACTICING TAILORING WORK.

Hive is a platform that is mostly wide than any other platform,am still amazed how a website like this will be in existence but information is not upto but witnessing it make this platform one of the best.
Good day my fellow hivian,it's another beautiful working day where everyone have been in there various working place today,I wish you all have a stress less day.I am a shoemaker and a skilled in crafting leather works but I have a desire in learning how to craft clothing materials which I have already posted how I made a palazzo wear and making of bags and tote bags.I make use of my shoemaking experience to learn and practice on my own.
In this post I will like to show my needlework community how I put into practice the sewing of a JEAN JACKET for myself.have always been seeing people wearing the jean jacket which have been admiring to buy one in Future but u fortunately I just need to show my fashion skill to trial and make the jacket for myself which will even cost me leaser.

Black jean
Black wool
Scissors
tape rule.
chalk
Making of a cloth is totally different to footwear making because if we want to start any footwear a shape will be drawn out for easy cutting but in terms of clothing, measurements will be taken on each part of the body of the owner of the jean.
firstly we will cut out the two arm using the measurements of 7cm long and 4 width then we will cut with scissors.
Now we cut the left side view of the jacket and sew the edge's then we will cut the right side and cut out using scissors with the measurements of length 20cm and width 10cm.

After cutting all our jean material,we will move to our sewing machine and start joining the materials together to form our top.Now we will join the arm to the back side of the jean by sewing the folded part together.

Cutting our the front pocket,fold and sew the edge's before attaching to the side view of the jean top,now we will proceed by sewing the collar of the shirt and join to the back view of the jean then see together,After the joining of the collar,i press the edge's of the cloth round using our sewing machine to make the work near and attractive for the owner .

THIS IS HOW I MAKE A JEAN JACKET FOR MYSELF AND WITH NO WASTING TIME,I HAVE WEAR IT TO MY FRIENDS TO SHOWCASE MY SKILLS
