Peace

If only peace could reign instead of war,
And love could conquer all hatred's roar,
If we could see each other without judgment's eye,
And love without expecting anything in reply.

Imagine a world so vibrant and true,
Like a magical dream that once we knew,
Where colors of the rainbow danced in harmony,
And sadness was but a distant memory.

If only kindness ruled the hearts of all,
And compassion guided us through every fall,
If we could walk together, hand in hand,
And never feel the need to hide or disband.

This dream may seem so far away,
But it's within our grasp each and every day,
If we can find the courage to truly love,
Then life will be like a dream from up above.
