Hello, how are you!!
are you doing well?
just today?
Today I will share a little of my story, this morning I woke up from my sleep at around 5:30 am waking up from my bed. I opened the window and took a breath of fresh air this morning, the air is very cool this morning. I also live in rural areas that are still very beautiful, there are still many trees that thrive here, and are decorated with vast expanses of rice fields and the sound of birds chirping this morning which makes the mood and mind calm.
After a while I came out of my room and I went to the back of the house, my intention was to go for a walk behind the house, when it was nice to walk, I saw mushrooms growing on the bushes and on the rotting logs around the back of my house.
Most grow in piles of rotting logs. And they look very nice white.
- Most of the mushrooms that grow are straw mushrooms or their scientific name (Volvariella volvaceae) these mushrooms can be consumed and the taste is also very delicious, it is not uncommon for many to cultivate this mushroom for food and medicine
- The benefits of mushrooms for the human body* Boost immunity . Maintain heart health. Lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Maintain healthy muscles and nerves. Prevent cancer*
Thank you for #fungilovers for providing this very useful community that has inspired me in my work😊
For my community friends, I apologize if my post is of poor quality and not good in my words or in my photos🙏
Nice variety of ink caps. The top ones are hare's foot ink caps with a latin name of Coprinopsis lagopus.
thank you for the advice. sorry if my explanation is a little wrong
No worries mushrooms are very tricky to identify especially since they get different common names in every region. These coprinopsis are edible but you can't consume them with alcoholic drinks otherwise it will give you a bad stomach ache. Typically I don't eat ink caps because they don't cook very well or taste that great.
yes luckily i don't drink alcohol so i'm safe to eat it.i often eat it cooked with noodles
Yay! 🤗
