WEEKEND EXPERIENCE: Making homemade siopao, and creepy Sunday experience.

I thought for a long time if I should make homemade siopao because it's already been years since I last made it and I don't know if I still know how. But lately, my partner has been complaining that she was craving to eat siaopao.And at that time, we were not on good terms because of her mood swings so what I did was because she was having mood swings I checked if we had flour, baking powder and also milk available, and then I will put something else inside the siopao.

First, what I did was I bought bearbrand milk and melted it in a small bowl then added sugar and a little salt. After that, I mixed it with flour, baking powder and eggs and beat it. I slowly add flour when it's still very sticky to the hands while kneading it so that they all mix together. Actually, I don't use measuring cups because I trust my instinct, just kidding. But yes, I don't use any measuring cups because I already know how much I will use and I don't know how to measure. I don't like to cook, I don't like to bake either. But most of the time my partner wants me to cook because he says I cook well.

I only learned to do it because of my father, my father is a retired chef on a ship, so since they took me from my grandmother to take care of me, I often watched him do things and that's where I learned. But I'm not really a fan of cooking because I don't want to do a lot of work, but I still do a lot since I'm also a seller. Oh right?

After doing the siopao, I took care of the orders and reservations that I had to send and ship out to our place, and since I wasn't doing anything, I thought of doing laundry and cleaning up inside the house. So here it is, because on weekends there is usually no one in the entire apartment where we rent because they go home to their provinces. I am often left alone, and every time that happens I have creepy experiences.

Let's start yesterday which is Sunday, I thought of cleaning the cage of the hamsters because it was dirty. while doing it, the curtain suddenly moved so I looked. I just saw a black figure so I didn't pay attention, so when I was fixing the hamster's sheets to be changed, suddenly there was a wind on my side and the hamsters woke up and they act weird. My cat is also looking at me that I don't understand because he is angry and all his fur is standing up, but at that time my feelings are heavy. Until I was really restless, I went down to the double deck and went out. I hope when I come back it will be okay.

Around 4pm I thought of taking a shower, at that time my partner was out early so I expected her to come early too and I forgot that she was going to go grocery shopping before she went home. While I was taking a shower, someone knocked on the cr's door twice, I even spoke because I thought she had gone home. But no one answered me.

After a while someone knocked on the cr's door again, at that time I didn't pay attention but I was already annoyed because she didn't want to answer me. I called my partner again thinking that she had come home but she hadn't. But, the third knock was stronger than the first and second knocks, so at that time I was stunned inside the comfort room. I suddenly remembered that before I took a shower, I locked the door so it was very impossible for anyone to get in and the cat was outside at that time because it was playing on the other side.

Even though I was very scared, I forced to open the door and there's no one. after that I immediately got dressed and stayed outside, I just wait for my partner to go home before entering the apartment because of what happened.

I don't know if I can laugh at myself, because of the many creepy experiences I've had until now, I'm still afraid.
