The Birds Fly South!

Haha the title has nothing do with this post but this is my intro to the Feathered Friends community!

Hi my name is Gyanno and I consider myself a friend of the feathered friends 😀😀😀!
By no means am I a bird watcher, I don't know the names half the time... But... I'm slowly considering myself to be more and more of a drumrollll "photographer".
And as such I focus on different subjects just so I can practice with different lenses and angles. I live in Curacao at the moment and since we have an abundance of nice weather and interesting nature I try to explore a lot. Most of my pics are landscapes, lately I've been into the moon, and also a lot of drone shots.
But whenever I'm outside (and I try to be often) with my camera I also tend to notice birds... A lot... And now they've become part of my repertoire 😁.
I mostly use my Canon M50 and my recently bought 250mm zoom lens.

I focused a lot on hummingbirds in the beginning (that's another story all together) but I appreciate all birds!

So to start of i thought I share this one 😂😂😂.
I mean here something you don't see everyday. Chickens in a tree!

Ode to these pigeons! There are lot of them around my house. Are they technically pigeons?? Are they cousins!? The mystery continues!

And lastly I'll leave you with one of my all time favorites (taken with a mobile phone) from a jungle resort in Suriname.

I hope to post more often! If I'm being honest I do feel like I still need to expand my portfolio. But there is hope, there is motivation! There is a chance!
