Without further, ado, let's get to our puzzle for today:: Maths Brain Teasers 102 :: Can You - Complete The Sequence?

Have a close look at the image given and see if you can decode the logic given in the image to complete the puzzle. Try finding out the right NUMBER that Simplifies or Decodes the logic to the given puzzle. Replace the question marks with the right numbers so that it completes the series.

There is logic to resolve the puzzle; try finding out the logic and it should be resolved in seconds.. Guesswork isn't going to help...

Maths Brain Teasers 102 :: Can You - Find The ODD One Out?? - Solved with Explanation

Let's have a look at the Step by Step instructions to Solve the Maths Brain Teasers 102 :: Can You - Find The ODD One Out??

If you carefully look at the Image in question; You would have noticed the following pattern is being followed::

The logic was::

All Numbers are all evenly divisible by 37 - apart from one Number

Lets take one example::

185/37 = 5

Now let's check the ODD number out which is::

78; and this is not divisible by 37

Hence the answer to the Puzzle is Number:: 78

There are two series mixed up in this question
First is 25+2=27, 27+4=31, 31+8=39
Second is 50-4=46, 46-8=38, 38-16=22
So the answer is 22

There is two streams one going with addition and one going with subtraction. The substraction getting doubled with each value so 38-16 will be 22, the answer is 22.

The answer is 22 in the aspect of it involving both addition and subtraction.

Alternate series : 25, 27, 31, 39 (+2,+4,+8)
50, 46, 38,22 (-4,-8,-16)

It is indeed 22. Every other number is either subtracting or adding an exponent of 2.
