Starting The Garden Early
When I first moved into my homestead it was around this time of the year. One of the very few crops I was able to plant and one of my very first adventures on the homestead was growing garlic. I spent hours if not days tending to the existing garden beds which I recorded a vlog on. My First Homestead Project that lead me into planting my first garlic and then later my first ever harvest! I can't tell you the amount of joy that brought me harvesting for the first time something I worked so hard on.
This year I'm starting the garden early again. Planting I’m once again planting one of my favorite things and that’s garlic! I plan on creating a huge garden this year and planning it all out. The goal is to grow at least 100 pounds of food from my garden this year.
