How are you? 🤔

Yesterday I was busy cleaning my flat, it took me longer than usual because of my 15 minute long, hourly hot flushes🔥 where I had to stop, strip and sit in front of a cooler fan until it was over; but after about 6 hours I was done and I managed to get my minimum steps 🚶‍♂️ in too! 😉

I didn't want to bother you with cleaning photos so I uploaded a photo I took last week of freshly trimmed palm trees instead! I hope you like them! 🌴🥰👇

I'm about to have a hot flush🔥 now so I have to go! 🥵
