Hello dear and appreciated friends, I hope you continue very well today
To continue with today's second post, I want to get out of the technical part behind the study, and thus touch on an important theme of Latin American music, which differs a lot from the same classical, romantic, etc., period,
Today I want to talk specifically about tango, which today is one of the most played Latin American music in the world,
As we already know, Latin American music is very much, being extremely rich in many rhythms that are mostly from the African part. That's why it's so active music. In addition to being active, it is also music that is very flexible, especially tango,
Tango has the peculiarity of using two important features, the melancholic part and the part full of character, which is sometimes more noticeable and exaggerated, as it usually happens in Piazzolla.
Now, one of the secrets of playing tango is precisely to use the flexible part of this type of music to our advantage as performers... It's like taking advantage of ourselves by lengthening bars and shortening others, adding small details such as embellishments, and so on. give it another type of interpretation that is basically the most important thing... Always put our stamp,
So without further ado for today I hope you like it, hugs!
