'Happy Dissonance' - New Original Music - Playing Around w/ More Drums

to this idea last night, as well as adding a new drum kit. I had 9 no longer fade out on the second repetition. Instead, it just plays at full volume to the end, and the whole song fades out. I also added some sidechain compression so the kick cuts through this a bit more. In Track 12, the main drum kit, I added a little snare/distortion sound at a few points, and also tweaked the pitch shifting of the tom sound every 2nd time around, so each roll is slightly different from the one before it. Track 13, the sort of liquidy percussion sounds, got a volume boost, as well as an OTT compressor, so it sticks out some more. I also added Track 14, the Onomatopoeia Kit, which is used for 'hi-hats', though really they're more clicky/wood sounding hits, but fill in the roll of a 1/16th note pattern so it feels like things build up a bit when it comes in. Overall, I like these drums thus far; they're weird enough to fit with this idea, but also have a simple kick/snare pattern that gives the song a decent groove. I'm not sure what else I'll add/edit here, so I'll work on some new stuff and revisit this at some point.
