I spent more time playing with the idea

Various audio clips for transition sections
from yesterday and the day before, and I think have made some good progress. There are some things I now want to do, including adding some bar-long breaks, after the intro, before the final swell into the last 'Chorus', etc., so I'll try them out tonight and see where things go. As you can see in the image above, there's quite a bit more added to the whole song, and the length was extended. We'll just go in order of Tracks: Track 3 has quite a few changes (these are the main drums). In the Green sections, I went in and segmented random beats, pitching them up an octave or two, to get that cool, glitchy effect. I also added a Spectral Resonator (pictured below), which turns on and off over little 1 or 2 beat sections, to add some pitched weirdness. Track 11 is just Track 10, recorded to audio, with the same octave pitch effect at certain spots to get some beepy, glitchy sounds. Tracks 13-16 are all grouped together, and use various little clips and sounds to provide some transitional sounds, to swell us into bigger parts. Finally, we have Track 17, which was recorded from a ROLI synth. This is just a distorted synth with an arpeggiator, which gives it a sort of marching snare-like effect. It's only used at the end of the 2nd break, leading us into the final 'Chorus'/outro. Overall, I like this so far! I will mess around with a few more things, but I think I'm done adding anything, as I don't want to overdo things and get too crazy, so I'll share the results.
