[LOH #157] Misunderstandings People Have About Me

Hello friends, Happy Sunday. I hope you're enjoying your weekend.

This week I decided to join the @ladiesofhive weekly contest quite early. Do well to join here

People will likely misunderstand especially if they don't know that well. That's why no matter what I do I don't try to impress anyone to do something because of someone because people will always talk anyways, no matter how you try to do it.
I actually think if you hear or assume something about someone it is right to ask questions instead of living in the assumptions which may not be true.

A true friend is someone who can come out to a friend instead of saying a lot of things behind her back. If I have a friend and someone said I stole. My friend should be able to defend me even in my absence because she has never been seen to steal.

I have heard people have this assumption about me that I look rude. Why don't I just smile while walking and I don't know how to start a conversation. I also say this here on my blog that I prefer to be called an ambivert because I get only comfortable about you only when I have known you for a long time.
Even when people start a conversation with me I don't know how to act or react.

I also prefer staying in my lane and minding my business to avoid over familiarity.You can't see me interfering in people's conservations. Even my friend's friend is not my friend so whenever I am not with my friend I tend to just be on my phone or quiet and then people assume I have pride. Well when they find out I am cool , I let them know it's not pride but self respect that's what I know it. It all falls down to how you define it. I just hate embarrassment.

When someone is still too social or friendly people will still say she is showing up or want to be noticed. Either way I just don't let what others think about me get to be. Those who are very close to me will testify I am not even close to what others assume about me.

People make conclusions about one without even getting to know the person.
I wonder about this all the time. I wonder why.
They even judge without hearing your side of the story.

Getting to satisfy people is very important. What I always put in mind is that I should not do things to please men. Even if someone die for them they will still talk.

Just be yourself that's me too.

It's not good for people to assume anything about anyone as they have never walked in their shoes. I am a bit bolder here than in my day to day life. Work is one thing; where I have to interact with folks whom I don't always know, but otherwise, I tend to keep a bit to myself. In a crowd where I know no one? I'll become a wall flower!
