Praise the name of the Lord.
I am Gracious and I would like to give my contribution for today's message via zoom.
According to,
1 john 4:1 it says
"BELOVED believe not every spirit,but try the spirits whether they are of God:because many fake prophets are gone out into the world".

Brethren,
Fake teachers teach fake/wrong doctrines. Jesus Christ is the only true teacher, that teaches the right doctrine of the bible.
We should also know that there are fake teachers who have already been in existence for long, as far back in the 12th century and they are still present in this our generation.
The only way to identify them(fake prophets) is via the word of God(bible). The bible is the only book that contains the right doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ. Anything contradicting to the word of God is a false doctrine,because all the words of God are true.
In the book of II peter 2:1
"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that brought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction".

We should not also condemn those who teach false doctrines, this is because perhaps they were misled by false teachers, rather, we should educate them and teach them the right word/doctrine of Christ and also pray for them.

It is out obligation to find out that which is good and evil and cleave unto that which is good and abstain from evil. This can be seen in the book of 'Romans 12:9'.

My brethren,
How to call upon God:
*Prayer: prayer is the master key. There are times when we would feel hopeless/helpless but we should not be discouraged, rather call upon the name of the lord, he is our only hope and helper, and this help can only come through prayer.

Most people do not know the right way to pray as they pray amiss. We should also take note that God does not hearken unto the prayer of sinners but hearken unto the voice of the upright/righteous.

Matthew 6:7-8
This passage of the bible tells us not to exercise vain repetitions as most people/churches would do. We should not pressure God by repeating prayers for he already knows our heart even before we open our mouth to pray.

Brethren,
We should also learn to show respect during prayers by closing our eyes, kneeling down, and covering our heads for the ladies.

Doing God's will is a backup for prayer.
We should pray rightly so that our prayers will be heard and given answers by God.

Even as we hearken unto the voice of the lord, may God bless us all in Jesus name, Amen.
