👉 Difficult Moments in Life

On those gray days where a hard storm appears, those days when my world is shaking and I lose control, where some solutions are far out of my reach and it is inevitable to feel that roller coaster of emotions I always have to take a step back to find that point of balance that allows me to move forward in spite of the problems.

Sometimes we think we can solve everything, escape from those feelings of defeat, but life itself surprises us with situations that make us see how fragile we are, because it is not under our control

Sometimes we show the world a fake smile to show that we are fine in difficult times, the truth is that there is an internal reality that overwhelms us, one we can not control, emotions that turn against us to which we unwittingly give control of our actions in difficulty which makes it more difficult to overcome some difficult times.

In a difficulty you can lose much even lose control of yourself, that has happened to me, each person assimilates the processes of life differently, the good thing is that there are a series of actions that can help us to face those difficult days until the storm passes, until the calm arrives.

Calm is the first thing I lose when something makes me uncomfortable, when things get out of my hands, taking a step back and moving away from that uncomfortable environment has always helped me to calm down, to avoid bad thoughts dragging me into an abyss of sadness.

📝 What actions do you recommend to keep control in difficult moments?

🙏Breathe in and out for some fresh air

A difficult situation always gets us out of control, it can fill us with anger, sadness, impotence, the best thing I can do is to stop, take a deep breath and get some fresh air, that helps me to drain some of the stress I feel because of what is happening to me, especially if I am angry.

That stops a little the thoughts that invade me, I can be less defensive and avoid paying the anger with others which is what can happen when I feel so much stress, only in those small highs I find that control over my emotions.

🤗Listen to music that relaxes you

I have had times in my life when I have not been able to go out for a breath of fresh air, partly because I have locked myself in my room to get through the hassles of problems just at that moment I take out my headphones and close my eyes to listen to some relaxing music.

Por raro que suene a quienes nos encanta la musica está tiene un efecto relajante en los dias de dificultad, es una buena medicina para la amargura del corazón.

😘Express your emotions

Whether you choose to go to God, write in a diary, write a letter, draw a picture, this path always has good results especially to find the control we lost over ourselves in the difficulty, that peace that robs us of the unexpected crises of life.

For me it was very difficult to reach this point in my life, I always closed myself emotionally, I blocked what I felt, an action that instead of strengthening us destroys us from the inside.

When we manage to understand that there are things that are out of our control, that there are situations that although they are violent and leave us with many scars, they will always be temporary, we learn to tolerate those gray days and to maintain control over.

It is a phrase that I always repeat to myself when I go through difficulties, when life presses me to the limit of collapse, I hope my small actions are of help to other ladies, I really enjoyed making this reflection, thanks to the ladies who this week motivated us to these questions @danigada18 and @thekittygirl.

I believe the most important step is to express ourselves, validate our own emotions. We should never let all those feelings build up to the point of losing ourselves. Great post!
