Renovating My Grandma's House

When a person knows how to work hard in life, there is a really good reward that can be obtained behind our hard work in life. My topic for today is about renovating my grandmother's house here near our place. It has been my grandmother's dream for a long time to have a nice house, at first because her house was still a little dilapidated so she was really struggling especially when it rained heavily. There are many holes in the roof, large chunks of cement on the floor due to the recent earthquake, the inside of his house is cramped, and the kitchen part is ruined because the bamboo is rotting because it always gets wet when washing dishes or eating or maybe whenever cooking .

With the help of my aunt who is a teacher in a public school in Iligan, she came up with a plan to repair or renovate the house. They immediately got people to work because aunt's brother was also the only one who was working on repairing the house. When grandma found out about this, she was really happy because for her, it was really a big help to make her life better. There are no more holes in the pipes that leak when it rains heavily, water can't get in and he can't fall on the rotten bamboo floor.

First, to make the inside of the house beautiful, the wall is first covered with wallpapers to make it look better. It attracts the eye when there is a beautiful wallpaper that is pasted because if you look at it from a distance, it really looks like cement. Broken items were removed to make the interior of the house spacious and the equipment, specially the cabinets, was slowly being repaired.

At first, one of grandma's problems was also the toilet that was not in good, the walls of the toilet had holes in it and the door was not fixed. Only tarpaulins were used as cover or barrier so that the person inside the CR could not be seen.

That's why action was immediately given to such a problem, so the CR was immediately repaired so that it is now, it has a good door and its wall is paved. The interior of the CR is also equipped with light to see the things that will be used especially at night.

Its former perforated floor and bangera have now been replaced with cement and it is even tiled. Since the area is still under construction, all the equipment has not been removed and it was just placed on the side. The one under the sink is intended to be fitted with a cabinet to store items such as pots, and other kitchen items.

And to be more organized, aunt also thought of buying a tray to put dishes, spoons, glasses and other kitchen utensils. Aunt also bought a water dispenser so that it would not be difficult to get drinking water. The kitchen floor has been paved and is in good condition.

It used to be a problem here inside grandma's house, the flood coming in when there was a strong flood. In this area, water often enters, so the living room of the house is immediately cemented and raised a little so that the water does not enter. To beautify the area, a floor mat was immediately installed to make it more pleasant to look at.

Snacks such as my favorite shakes and soft drinks will never go missing at work. Every 3 o'clock in the afternoon there is actually a snack so that the working people can work harder. I saw the happiness on grandma's face because she will finally be able to enjoy the beautiful house and not have to struggle anymore. He is very thankful to have children who help him to have a proper house.

It is happy when there are children who love their parents. We can repay the sacrifice of our parents when we were young.
