My Daily Post: "Market Day Activities And Our Preparation for All Saints and All Souls Day
First, as we walked in this rocky and dusty road, we've seen this three goats busying eating grass at the roadside. I pretty sure that this goats was on the lose because of the ropes untied and the owner of this are started to looked for this animals. This is very normal here, aside of goats, there are also pigs or Carabaos or Cows walks in this treet eating lots of Grass.
It was very hot in the morning, and our Plan to be there early was failed because we keep in waiting for any passenger vehicles for many hours. As we arrived at the place, we've noticed that a crowded of people walking at the Market place and different kinds of vehicles passing by. Those people were also buying foods or ingredients for the foods they will cook for the altar. We have lots of ingredients to buy for few dish we will cook.
We went to the Fruit stands were lots of fruits are displayed and sell. We plan to buy ripe Bananas and as we asked about the Prices, it is quite really expensive. We decided to brought 1 Kilo Each of this Bananas and after that we continued to walked inside of the Market.
Next, we went to the store were it sells different types of rice. The prices are also different depends of the classics of rice grains. This is slightly expensive for us. The last time, the prices was only reach to 48 Pesos per kilo, that is 0.9 USD or HBD. But now it already reach up to 58 to 60 Pesos per kilo equivalent to 1.3 HBD to 1.5 HBD per kilo. It takes few hours at the Supermarket and after that, as we completed to buy the ingredients we need, we decided to went back home.
