A Day in My Life Blog: A Great and Exciting Event we have attended - Youth Ignite Iligan City 😇🤗🙏

In the past days, I have lots of activities attended and some of it is our successful 19th Year Church Anniversary and we thank God for it was indeed a memorable and all glory and honor to God alone.

Another one after our Church Anniversary, the next day we have attended one of the exciting event here to us in which mostly young people will attend this event, the "Youth Ignite Iligan". This is a yearly event that encourage every young people in different denomination to gather together in worship and giving praise to Jesus Christ.

The said event is scheduled to happen by 4:00 in the afternoon at Iligan City, specifically at Anahaw Amphitheater, and expected to have more than a thousand young people will attend.

In the morning, we have a mid-year meeting in our district where all Pastors gathered together for some important matters to discuss and for the department reports. Since the venue of our meeting is near to the venue of the Youth Ignite, and it ended around 3:00 in the afternoon, I have decided to not go home but instead, I went to the venue and wait for my co-young people in our Church who will also attending the said event.

Around 4:30 in the afternoon, all of us is now already in the venue and many young people were also in the venue at the moment. It was indeed an overwhelming feeling seeing many young people gathered in this place for just a one purpose of exalting God.

It was not yet started as we arrived and while waiting to officially started the program, we never missed to have some pictures here as our remembrance to be here, and finally after a dew minutes, a 5 minutes countdown timer had just started and everyone here are now very excited.

Now, it was indeed a great and a blast moment not just only for me but to every young people who have attended the event. The event was started by an opening prayer, and to be followed by lots of singing of praises to the Lord.

Many Christians bands from different churches did a series of song presentations and it was indeed an overflowing joy and excitement for all of us especially to our young people in our Church.

Aside from singing of praises, their were also songs of worship to God and at this moment, we have felt the presence of the Lord. We can see that many young people cried for the Lord, as God works during worship.

This event will not be completed without any words from God, and so we have also invited guests speakers for tonight's event, where they have shared some inspirational and encouraging words from the Lord. All of us are very thankful to God for giving us speakers tonight that enlightened and intensified us to draw more closer to God.

The program was scheduled to end by 9:00 in the evening and since the weather is not that really good and it is about to rain, we have decided to up and waited until the program will properly closed.

In the upper part of the venue, we can see it very nicely as we can take a wider scenery of the event and it was very wonderful to look at. While we are here, we also took this moment for us to have some group photos before we left the venue.

Finally, around 9:15 in the evening the event was officially ended and it is now time for us to go home and we just thank and praise God for we just arrived safely especially for me who drove a motorcycle way back home.
