Hive Openmic Community. Week 203. Cover of Love Lifted me by @glowie.
My name remains Glowie and I am delighted to submit my entry for this week 203. I did a cover of the song titled "Love Lifted me".
It's one of the songs I considered fit for this week's theme.
Growing up with my family, Right from when I was just a kid till now, I have received all amount of live from my parents and family as well ❤️. Even with my stubbornness and most boring attitudes towards them, they overlooked it and still gave all they could.
Whenever I remember the family I come from, I am always happy because am proud of them. Growing up my mum would teach me all she could and my dad too.
I also realized that My mum would show me things with ease but my Dad taught me most things the hard way😆. Which is actually helping me today currently.
Anytime I want to do anything or make choices that has to involve everyone, I need to have a second thought about it. I need to this about the Advantages and also the Disadvantages of what am about to do.
My family helped me alot.
And then I realized that this is love. If it wasn't for love, they wouldn't have done all of those for me. I have seen and heard of instances whereby most people go into doing all sorts of things because their family doesn't really show them that love. Which can be so disheartening. No matter what Family should be the first. even though we weren't perfect but atleast I felt loved by each and everyone of them.
And I pray all families find their love again 🙏.
