Exfoliacion con Sánalo - (Esp-Eng)
Hola hola amigas y amigos de esta linda comunidad #makeuppower les saludo con mucho respeto deseando que estén muy bien llenas de rubor, sombras y labiales 😉 esta es mi primera vez que publico por acá y estoy muy contenta en esta ocasión quiero compartirles una exfoliacion facial que me realice el día de hoy, actualmente me encuentro saliendo del embarazo y la verdad es que las rutinas de belleza han sido realmente muy pocas poquitas e incluso ninguna (soy sincera) , y además el factor tiempo muchas veces no me da abasto entre hacer las tareas del hogar y mantener 2 niñas pequeñitas uuuf lo último que quiero hacer durante el día es dormir y reponer mis fuerzas, pero hoy dije noooo mi cutis lo necesita urgentemente así que me anime acá les comparto lo que realice.

La piel de mi rostro a sufrido muchos cambios en en estos meses soy de tener un cutis mixto, pero últimamente mi rostro ha estado muy grasoso y el brote de muchos puntos negros se ha hecho muy evidente e incluso me han brotado espinillas muy grandes que por lo regular no me salían, pero es debido a los cambios hormonales que mi cuerpo ha sufrido por eso hoy decidí hacerme esta exfoliacion y limpiar mi rostro de esas impurezas que hacen sentir mi piel muy grasosa y con una sensación muy fea y muy desagradable.
The skin on my face has undergone many changes in these months I have a mixed complexion, but lately my face has been very oily and the outbreak of many blackheads has become very evident and even I have sprouted very large pimples that usually did not come out, but it is due to hormonal changes that my body has suffered so today I decided to do this exfoliation and clean my face of those impurities that make my skin feel very oily and with a very ugly and very unpleasant feeling.
Pará esta exfoliación utilice un exfoliante de la línea Sánalo debo acotar que esta línea es muy muy buena y aunque nunca he sufrido de problemas de acné fuerte me a ayudado a prevenir las molestas e incómodas espinillas, ha sido mi aliado durante mucho tiempo aunque actualmente no he podido conseguir la linea completa uso el exfoliante para limpiar mi rostro.
For this exfoliation I used an exfoliating scrub from the Sánalo line. I must point out that this line is very very good and although I have never suffered from strong acne problems it has helped me to prevent the annoying and uncomfortable pimples, it has been my ally for a long time although I currently have not been able to get the complete line I use the exfoliating scrub to clean my face.

❇️ Me lave el rostro con abundante agua fresca.
❇️Luego aplique con pequeños toques la crema exfoliante por todo mi rostro.
❇️Haciendo movimientos circulares con la yemas de los dedos fui esparciendo la crema exfoliante por todo mi rostro, cabe destacar que la crema exfoliante tiene ciertos granitos vamos a realizar estos movimientos circulares hasta desvanecer todos estos cristales.
❇️Y como paso final enjuagamos con mucha agua (el envase dice que debe ser retirado con el paso 1 osea el jabón) hasta retirar por completo toda la crema exfoliante, y casi que de inmediato vas a sentir una sensación de frescura y limpieza en todo tu rostro y además tendrás una apariencia muchísimo más limpia y sin nada de aspecto grasoso.

❇️ I wash my face with plenty of cool water.
❇️ Then apply with small dabs the exfoliating cream all over my face.
❇️ Making circular movements with my fingertips I went spreading the exfoliating cream all over my face, it is worth noting that the exfoliating cream has certain granites let's make these circular movements until all these crystals fade away.
❇️ And as a final step we rinse with plenty of water (the package says that it must be removed with step 1 ie the soap) to completely remove all the exfoliating cream, and almost immediately you will feel a sense of freshness and cleanliness all over your face and you will also have a much cleaner appearance and without any greasy appearance.
Por lo general me gusta mucho usar mascarillas naturales y realmente podemos encontrar muchas recetas en la web, pero quise aprovechar esta maravilla de crema exfoliante que tenía en casa guardada y pude usarla y también darme ese merecido cariñito, que muchas veces posponemos por hacer otras cosas y luego sin darnos cuenta vamos dejando de lado esas rutinas que son importantes para nosotras para sentirnos queridas y hermosas.
I usually like to use natural masks and we can really find many recipes on the web, but I wanted to take advantage of this wonderful exfoliating cream that I had at home and I could use it and also give me that deserved affection, that many times we postpone to do other things and then without realizing it we leave aside those routines that are important for us to feel loved and beautiful.
