Iniciativa: ¿Cómo crees que deberian de ser los Hivers?

Saludos mis amores, como saben me encantan las iniciativas y poder participar en una pues más aún, creo que es una muy buena estrategia para conocernos más, interactuar y así alimentar nuestros conocimientos. En esta ocasión @escuadron201 trae una propuesta excelente la cual es de provecho para todos en la plataforma ya que nuestras vidas en un constante aprendizaje y cada día que pasa descubrimos algo nuevo cuando creemos que lo sabemos todo, pero resulta que no es así y por eso la importancia de las interrogantes a las cuales ahora les daré respuestas a través de mi opinión basada en mi experiencia.
Greetings my loves, as you know I love initiatives and being able to participate in one even more, I think it is a very good strategy to get to know us more, interact and thus feed our knowledge. This time @escuadron201 brings an excellent proposal which is of benefit to everyone on the platform because our lives are a constant learning and every day we discover something new when we think we know everything, but it turns out that it is not so and therefore the importance of the questions to which I will now give answers through my opinion based on my experience.
¿Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hivers? /What do you think the Hivers should look like?
Si existiera un manual de como debe ser un hive todo seria diferente, mas fácil de entender y rápido de aprender; digo esto porque cada vez que hablo de la plataforma puedo observar como la gente se aterra pensando que es algo extremadamente difícil y súper complicado; ademas que he sabido de muchos que abandonan por la misma razón, claro que esto no quiere decir que yo esté sugiriendo dicho manual, es solo un pensamiento que siempre he tenido pero hasta allí.
If there was a manual of how a hive should be everything would be different, easier to understand and faster to learn; I say this because every time I talk about the platform I can see how people are terrified thinking that it is something extremely difficult and super complicated; besides I have known of many who leave for the same reason, of course this does not mean that I am suggesting such a manual, it's just a thought I've always had but that's as far as it goes.
Todo ser humano debe considerar seriamente la lectura en primer lugar para su crecimiento ya que ofrece un sin fin de beneficios como; el crecimiento intelectual, educacional, personal y emocional, todo ello alimenta la imaginación lo cual hace mas fluida cualquier redacción ya que leer aumenta también nuestro repertorio de palabras. La lectura nos ayuda a mantenernos informados y comunicados con el resto del mundo, a través de ella podemos también ser investigadores de diferentes temas que pueden servirnos de mucho, esta es una herramienta perfecta que permite el desarrollo de conocimientos y a su vez de crecimiento.
Every human being should seriously consider reading in the first place for their growth as it offers endless benefits such as; intellectual, educational, personal and emotional growth, all of this feeds the imagination which makes any writing more fluent as reading also increases our repertoire of words. Reading helps us to stay informed and communicate with the rest of the world, through it we can also be researchers of different topics that can serve us a lot, this is a perfect tool that allows the development of knowledge and in turn growth.
La amabilidad es importante porque permite interactuar de manera cordial con los demás usuarios para intercambiar ideas, opiniones, ademas de responder cordialmente los mensajes que dejan en las publicaciones haciendo comentarios acerca de las mismas. Respeto hacia todos los que hacen vida en la plataforma; en esto quiero hacer hincapié ya que he observado usuarios que se refieren a otros de manera arrogante y grosera, lo cual me parece que está fuera de lugar ya que todos merecemos respeto sea cual sea la circunstancia, existen otros canales si lo que se quiere es solventar un problema; no hay nada mejor que hablar de manera cordial y empática ya que esta es una de las características que nos diferencia de muchas otras plataformas.
Kindness is important because it allows to interact cordially with other users to exchange ideas, opinions, in addition to cordially respond to messages left in the publications making comments about them. Respect for all those who make life on the platform; in this I want to emphasize that I have observed
I have observed users who refer to others in an arrogant and rude manner, which I think is out of place because we all deserve respect whatever the circumstance, there are other channels if you want to solve a problem; there is nothing better than talking in a cordial and empathetic manner as this is one of the characteristics that differentiates us from many other platforms.
Si se quiere permanecer en hive, es necesario ser perseverante para ir detrás del objetivo que nos hemos trazado en la plataforma, la firmeza que tengamos determina muchas cosas como el tiempo y el esfuerzo dedicado al desarrollo de cada publicación. La paciencia es la mejor arma que podemos traer a hive ya que las cosas no se dan de un día para otros, cosechamos lo que con el tiempo hemos sembrado sin olvidar que a esa siembra se le debe dedicar tiempo de calidad y es de esa forma que llegaran los frutos.
If you want to stay in hive, it is necessary to be perseverant to go after the goal we have set on the platform, the firmness that we have determines many things such as the time and effort devoted to the development of each publication. Patience is the best weapon we can bring to hive because things do not happen overnight, we harvest what we have sown over time without forgetting that we must dedicate quality time to this sowing and that is how the fruits will come.
¿Cómo crees que deberían de evolucionar?/How do you think they should evolve?
Personalmente soy cuidadosa al escribir, leo una y otra vez por eso de la ortografía y redacción, seguramente se me escapa un acento o tal vez falte una letra en una palabra porque el teclado se pega o simplemente porque somos humanos; pero son estos detalles los que nos diferencian de los demás ya que en los últimos tiempos las personas por comodidad escriben abreviando a su manera, aglutinando palabras, cambiando S por C ó M por N y así sucesivamente; esto en cuanto a la escritura.
Personally I am careful when writing, I read over and over again for spelling and writing, surely I miss an accent or maybe a letter is missing in a word because the keyboard sticks or simply because we are human; but it is these details that differentiate us from others because in recent times people for convenience write abbreviating in their own way, agglutinating words, changing S for C or M for N and so on; this as far as writing is concerned.
A menudo hago comparaciones de como eran mis publicaciones en mis inicios y como las hago ahora, de esa manera puedo observar lo que he mejorado y lo que me falta por mejorar, nada ah sido fácil pero estoy logrando crear una buena presentación con el uso de mi plantilla la cual es recopilación ya que siempre ando inquieta preguntando como puedo lograr esto y aquello para un buen acabado en mis publicaciones.
I often make comparisons of how my publications were in my beginnings and how I do them now, that way I can see what I have improved and what I still have to improve, nothing has been easy but I am managing to create a good presentation with the use of my template which is compilation since I am always restless asking how I can achieve this and that for a good finish in my publications.
Estar abiertos a los cambios porque ellos nos hacen crecer y descubrir que somos capaces de hacer cosas que no imaginábamos, estos nos renuevan como personas ya que por medio de ellos alcanzamos nuestras metas, también traen con ellos nuevas oportunidades para evolucionar.
Be open to changes because they make us grow and discover that we are capable of doing things we never imagined, they renew us as people because through them we reach our goals, they also bring with them new opportunities to evolve.
Todos somos buenos hiver y por ende debemos atrevernos a crear contenido variado para así mantener a la audiencia atenta a nuestras publicaciones y por ende nosotros mismos saldremos de la rutina, el confort o miedo a realizar algo nuevo que nos hará obtener un mejor desenvolvimiento.
We are all good hiver and therefore we must dare to create varied content to keep the audience attentive to our publications and therefore we ourselves will get out of the routine, comfort or fear to do something new that will make us get a better performance.
