Encanto-La película: A way to get closer to our children
Saludos queridos papis y mamis que con frecuencia vienen a este espacio para conversar de los tantos temas referentes a nuestra labor como guías para las pequeñas y no tan pequeñas luces que alumbran nuestros días y que no son más que nuestros hijos por quienes nos esforzamos a ser mejores cada día.
Greetings dear daddies and mommies who often come to this space to talk about the many topics related to our work as guides for the small and not so small lights that illuminate our days and that are none other than our children for whom we strive to be better every day.
El compartir tiempo con nuestros hijos es de suma importancia ya que son esos momentos los que ellos toman en cuenta y los hacen sentir importantes como miembros de la familia, no hace falta salir de casa para pasar un rato agradable y de calidad con los chicos, son tantas las actividades que podemos compartir con ellos que de una u otra forma logramos salir de la rutina y es que sin nos ponemos a ver, estas estrategias con los pequeños nos benefician también a nosotros como adultos por varias razones como por ejemplo; el acercamiento a nuestros hijos que permite mantener una relación sana basada en el respeto y la confianza, también tenemos la posibilidad de dejar salir el niño que llevamos por dentro que nos llena de felicidad y al mismo tiempo nos acerca a entender actuaciones de los pequeños; en fin, el compartir con nuestros hijos les hace sentir que tienen un lugar seguro en nosotros como padres donde estarán a salvo y también donde podrán desahogarse.
Sharing time with our children is of utmost importance because it is those moments that they take into account and make them feel important as members of the family, it is not necessary to leave home to spend a pleasant and quality time with the kids, there are so many activities that we can share with them that in one way or another we get out of the routine and if we see, these strategies with the little ones also benefit us as adults for several reasons such as; The approach to our children that allows us to maintain a healthy relationship based on respect and trust, we also have the possibility to let out the child we carry inside that fills us with happiness and at the same time brings us closer to understand the actions of the little ones; in short, sharing with our children makes them feel that they have a safe place in us as parents where they will be safe and also where they can unburden themselves.
Una de las actividades que fácilmente podemos compartir con los niños es ver películas y ahora que hay tantas opciones para hacerlo desde descargarlas hasta pagar una plataforma para escoger según nuestros gustos y justamente de ello quiero hablarles hoy. He podido observar como muchos emiten opiniones sobre la película Encanto, la cual no había podido ver hasta hace poco que mi pequeño sobrino y mi hijo menor comenzaron con la insistencia por verla y fue entonces que elegimos un día para hacer palomitas de maíz y disfrutar de esta hermosura de historia que es toda una realidad de vida, ya que esta basada en el día a día de la sociedad y va mucho mas allá de ser una simple película de dibujos animados.
One of the activities that we can easily share with children is watching movies and now that there are so many options to do so from downloading to pay a platform to choose according to our tastes and that's exactly what I want to talk about today. I have been able to observe how many people give their opinions about the movie Encanto, which I had not been able to see until recently when my little nephew and my youngest son began to insist on watching it and it was then that we chose a day to make popcorn and enjoy this beautiful story that is a reality of life, since it is based on the daily life of society and goes far beyond being a simple cartoon movie.
Encanto es una película de la que podemos conversar diversos temas con nuestros hijos con el objetivo de hacerles entender de un forma mas sutil y amable la importancia que tiene hacer los deberes en casa, pero también hacerles entender que todas las familias pasan por problemas que ellos muchas veces no comprenden debido a su corta edad pero que también en familia se pueden solucionar.
Encanto is a film in which we can discuss various topics with our children in order to make them understand in a more subtle and friendly way the importance of doing homework at home, but also to make them understand that all families go through problems that they often do not understand because of their young age but that can also be solved as a family.
Si nos detenemos a observar y analizar Encanto vemos como en la canción que entona Mirabel habla de las características o dones que posee cada miembro de su familia; un buen tema a tratar con los chicos porque en una parte de la canción dice Isabela, hermana de Mirabel es perfecta pero la realidad es que nadie es perfecto, todos cometemos errores de los cuales se aprende y también podemos recapacitar.
If we stop to observe and analyze Encanto we see how in the song that Mirabel sings, she talks about the characteristics or gifts that each member of her family possesses; a good topic to discuss with the children because in one part of the song she says Isabela, Mirabel's sister is perfect but the reality is that nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes from which we learn and we can also learn from them.
Otro aspecto importante de la canción es que habla de la fuerza de Luisa quien hace la mayor parte del trabajo de lugar con la excusa que ella es quien puede por el don que posee, claro que algunas veces podemos hacer las cosas solos porque de eso se trata la independencia pero no podemos olvidar que todos necesitamos una mano amiga que nos ayude y así el trabajo será menos pesado.
Another important aspect of the song is that it talks about the strength of Luisa who does most of the work with the excuse that she is the one who can because of the gift she has, of course sometimes we can do things alone because that is what independence is all about but we can not forget that we all need a helping hand to help us and so the work will be less heavy.
Nos encontramos con las emociones que a menudos frecuentan a los niños por su vulnerabilidad y para ello podemos tomar como ejemplo a la tía Pepa quien controla el clima con sus estados de ánimos, no siempre podemos estar felices también para complacer a los demás, es valido el estar triste porque somos seres humanos que sentimos, pero eso no quiere decir que siempre lo estaremos porque son mas las razones para ser felices.
We find ourselves with the emotions that often frequent children because of their vulnerability and for this we can take as an example Aunt Pepa who controls the weather with her moods, we can not always be happy also to please others, it is valid to be sad because we are human beings who feel, but that does not mean that we will always be because there are more reasons to be happy.
El miedo siempre esta asechando para apoderarse de nosotros y ese es un ejemplo que fácilmente encontramos en Encanto ya que la abuela tiene miedo de hablar de los problemas del pasado y si vemos ella es una persona adulta; una buena razón para hacerles entender a los niños que es necesario conversar sobre los problemas para así entre todos encontrar una solución aun cuando tengan miedo deben conversar porque como padres estaremos alli para escucharles y salir adelante juntos.
Fear is always lurking to take hold of us and that is an example that we easily find in Encanto since the grandmother is afraid to talk about the problems of the past and if we see she is an adult; a good reason to make the children understand that it is necessary to talk about the problems so that together we can find a solution even when they are afraid they should talk because as parents we will be there to listen to them and move forward together.
En definitiva, cada vez que disfrutemos de una película tratemos en lo posible de tomar en cuenta ciertos puntos para al finalizar conservarlos con los niños iniciando por que cada quien comente y de su opinión acerca de la historia y que mensaje piensan ellos que transmite, nosotros como padres podemos aprovechar el interés que ellos tienen sobre el tema para hacerles preguntas y así ellos desarrollen su parte emocional, para finalizar; por ejemplo en el caso de Encanto recalcamos el tema de los errores y también el de conversar y contar todo lo que acontece en el colegio o en cualquier otro lugar porque como familia seguro encontraremos soluciones.
In short, every time we enjoy a movie let's try as much as possible to take into account certain points to keep them in mind at the end with the children, starting with everyone commenting and giving their opinion about the story and what message they think it conveys, we as parents can take advantage of the interest they have about the subject to ask them questions and so they develop their emotional part, to finish; For example, in the case of Encanto, we emphasize the topic of mistakes and also to talk and tell everything that happens at school or anywhere else because as a family we will surely find solutions.

Hola, cómo estas. Me agradó mucho el post porque justamente anoche mis hijos y yo vimos esta película, pero mis hijos no son tan pequeños son adolescentes, como dices tiene muchas enseñanzas,la paramos varias veces para conversar varias cosas de ella, sobre los personajes y sobre todo las alusiones a Colombia, ya que el papá de mis es colombiano y hace poco estuvimos allá.
Que bueno que la disfrutaron en familia, todos los escenarios de la película son muy lindos de verdad que a mi me encantó mucho esa historia tan llena de colores.
