So far so good. It has finally gotten to a point where we did round up. It is true that everything with a beginning definitely has an end. And it is finally an end to this phase of the newbie initiative. It has really been an honor to be selected from the shortlisted members who submitted an application back then.

I am really saddened to know that the newbies' initiative is actually coming to an end for us through our boss, Sir @starstrings01 I am quite heartbroken to know this. I have gotten quite comfortable with this for a while. What can I say or do? It is good. We cannot remain a newbie forever. There are others out there who really need the support I have gotten through this initiative.

I want to sincerely use this medium to say a big thank you to all the admins of the newbie initiatives and also the hive learner community for all they have done for us and for how they have helped several of us attain the heights we have attained presently. I will therefore throw more light on the required questions for this task in the subsequent paragraphs below.

How have the tasks given been helpful?***

So far so good. The newbies' initiative has been really great right from the first task to the final task. It has been quite an eventful one, and for me, the newbie initiative has been really great, so encouraging and very beneficial to my account growth.

Checking myself from when I was not under the initiative to now, which I am almost rounding up, there is very much a bigger difference on my account than it was before.

Educationally, the newbies initiative has been able to imprint knowledge in us that will hardly depart from us. From the scratch, the tutorial we have received till date has been very educative.
Financial assistance: This cannot be left out, for I have benefited more from this initiative. The support from the curators has been really helpful in assisting us sort out some urgent expenses with an eye to growing our account.

In a nutshell, the Newbies initiative is great and has always been, so its legacy shall live on for years to come.

What do you think we may need to improve in the initiative and how do you think it can be done?

It is quite interesting for this floor to be left open for suggestions to come in. The initiative of newcomers exists regardless of how standard an organization is. Below are some of my suggestions for this.

Yes, they stand to be strict discipline on the block chain and also in this wonderful community. I did suggest that they should be people in charge of ensuring all tasks given to newbies under the initiative are taken seriously and also that those taken are done correctly.

Also, some people should be put in charge of making reviews of these tasks performed by newbies to ensure they are properly done and also offer corrections where necessary. Once a task is given, the deadline should always be the deadline. Failure to comply or work According to the instructions, such a person should be disciplined.

Remember Task 1 of the Newbies Initiative, where you were all asked to write down your goals?Show us a recount of your goals and how far you have come.

This question kind of brought back memories rushing back. To be sincere, without this newbies' initiative, I don't know how it would have been for me. I was able to achieve some goals for myself, and I am glad I have been able to get at least most of what I had set. Even though some are not up to what I had planned, it still helped me to work harder than usual. Hence, a recap of my account holding back then and now.

As at when I made a post on my TASK 1 was having a hive power of just 48 and followers below 10 back then. Also, my reputation was just 54 back then when I started my first task. The screenshot below shows how I documented it.

Conclusion & Gratitude

It has been quite a journey though, but in all, I give thanks to God for bringing me thus these far.
This medium to say a big thank you to all the newbie admins for all their good work. They have kept on tutoring us on everything we needed to know. This knowledge will definitely be put to good use.
I will be forever grateful for this support. I have been benefiting from it for all this interval of time. It has really given me an edge and set me on a path I need to keep going.

It has really been an interesting journey with the initiative. Despite all the setbacks and obstacles, I still struggled to get a little something for myself.
