FULL TIME JOB A MORE SATISFYING MEANS OF INCOME GENERATION
Greetings Everyone 💜
I would like to use this medium to welcome you all to my blog once again, dear friends. It's been quite an interesting week so far, all thanks to God for the privilege of being part of the last edition for this week.
Hence, to the main area of focus. Frelencer or Full-time Employee. For a start, I would like to bring more light to these terms. Frelencer:
in a more simple term is simply a person who do several jobs for people online and get paid for it. These jobs may come in the form of writing a blog, a project, a seminar, or other forms of writing, even translating and so on. From what I have read and heard from people who are into it, it pays well, but for starters, it is kind of difficult and slow to get a grasp of how it works and how things are being done.
On the other hand, Full-Time Employee:
This tends to describe the phase of a man's life where he/she is being employed to work for a company or an individual with the intention of being paid. From these terms being defined, I did say I go with Full-Time Employee
.
Yes, we are all driven by the idea of being our own boss, but we have to get this at the back of our mind that before you can be served, you will have to serve first. Being a boss of your own requires some phases, skill sets to acquire, so this cannot just be skipped. We have to be employed first to get what is required and then make future plans to get ours.
Having a full-time job that pays well is simply the best for me. If luck is on your side, and you get employed by a good and standard company or firm, you stand to gain more because there are a lot of allowances to be benefited from, and also great health insurance that we get from getting a good full-time employed job.
So basically, I will therefore hold on to my full-time employed job and then look at freelancing with the eye of letting this be my side hustle. You know, it is very risky to put all our eggs in one single basket. With freelencing as a side hustle it therefore gives you full time benefits of your full time employed job.
Freelancing, to me, is more of a side hustle, getting jobs from people you don't know. You might get these jobs done, then excuses come up, which might lead to you not getting paid. But with a full-time salaried job, you can be assured of your constant pay.
Though the world has been seriously advancing and we are in an era where working from home and most online jobs are considered full-time jobs, not in a country like mine. You definitely need to multitask to get your set goals achieved. I find that getting a full-time employed job is far better for me than relying all day on some job from the net.
Besides, most of these full-time jobs at the end of all your service while you were young still pay you, even on your sick bed or when you are retired. But freelancing wouldn't do that for you. You must be readily available 24 hours a day depending on your set time of work, and if you get sick, you can't get paid when you don't work. There have to be more advantages to getting a full-time job.
We are all entitled to our diverse options, and everyone must do what is comfortable and beneficial for them, so for me, I will definitely go with a full-time job and then, in my spare time, I will go into freelancing as a side hustle to boost my savings rate.
Thanks for reading everyone
Best regards
Much Love💜💚♥️
good choice mate, if we can do both why not, time pattern is the key, be good at managing time for maximum results.👌😁
Time is money they say.
Thanks for the comment my friend.
Youp… you’r welcome😁
The problem with freelancing is that your earning isn't consistent. Some days you might get a lot of jobs and make lots of money but some other days you might not get any job at all which means you won't earn anything. A full-time job on the other hand means having a steady income, it doesn't matter if the company doesn't have much profit in a month, as long as you did your job, you will be paid your salary
IlI am in agreement with you sir.
You got quite a good point here

Full time is good and all cause most of them are permanent it's a good option you had to go with both ☺️
Smiles. Thanks for the comment dear friend.

Your choice is also good but full time job, someone can be sacked anytime
Then frelencing comes in.
You work full time and take freelancing as a side hustle when you are sacked freelancing keeps you going until you get a new job.
Thanks for your comment.
Okay i get you sha, but you might not fully concentrate tho
If you're a full time worker and doing freelancing
For freelancing, you don't go all 24hours, you must set your time at the beginning of it with your client. It depends on you the number of hours you wish to work and get your rest for the day. Though there are perks to it, also there are disadvantages too. So, it's better one takes it as a side hustle and work full time as an employee.
Quite great insight inline with my point of view. Quite great if you to see it this way.
It's difficult to stay afloat with only one source of income, that can be stifling and you will find yourself always saving on the funds so you don't get yourself stranded. This is where freelancing comes in.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
Thanks for your interesting insight on this sir.
Having just one source of income can be very disastrous, hence freelancing becomes a side hustle while we focus on the full time employed job
Good one bro didn't expect you would vote for full time job it's cool though thanks for sharing.
I am glad you find it interesting dear friend.
Thanks for the comment.
Nicely said about full-time employee, someone has to engage in different jobs to keep a growing financially.
Nice Idea bro.
It's alway easy going to have a full time job and also a side one to help make things a little bit flexible.
