We fear for bad things to happens to us, things that could make our heart turn to pieces, things which can hurt us more and more, as humans this are what we used to avoid and we will work day and night to make sure it does not come as we didn't expeccted because having seen what we never expect to occurred in our life is fear and such would only come in a bad way, causing us more harm than good and bringing us pains at last.

Bad things are those things which we should always tries to shift ourselves from and never to let it occur in either way for us, anything that is bad is bad and never a time that bad things could be good, i was having this feelings which make me to think negatively all the times, it was a kind of feelings which always proved to me, why i should not be looking straight at times but i should have my mind set up on something which i myself knows is the bad way to follow, i knew it that it was bad and i was trying y shape myself from the bad feelings, i was told that once you engaged yourself in bad things, bad things wouldn't stop persuading you because for you to covered the bad ones you already did, you need another bad things to cover it, this i knew it and i was shaping myself away from it and never to have put myself into it, the reasons was because, i did not want to be a slave of any kind to something not worthy enough to say it is good.

I learnt It from the story if Stephen, a young boy in my locality who involved himself in stealing of his parents money, be has did it for a longer time not once and not twice but as many as one could not remember to count it anymore, his parents do everything they can to stop him from stealing, at first, they thought it was because he was too young, Maybe when he grows up, he would understand and he would stop the bad attitude, but Stephen did not see it that way, he continues to be stealing his parents money and one-day, the Dad got angry and called the authority for him, Stephen was arrested and was taking to the station, some people blame the Father for having him arrested, but the Father was confused, he keeps asking them what could he have done, to stop him from stealing, he was afraid that he might steal another person's own and out him in trouble.

Stephen was locked up for more than a week and when he comes out, he was so happy and he promised not to steal again, seeing that doing anything bad the first time would make you to do it again was what he said, and which is what i learnt from him and the reasons why i am afraid of doing bad things my life.

This type of fear is known as claustrophobia, it is also fear of confined or crowded spaces.
