MY UNEXPECTED TOUR TO IDONGESIT NKANGA SECRETARIAT

Good morning beautiful people, Hope you have a wonderful night, I am new and this is my first post in this community. Some one once said Traveling is part of education: but I say Tourism is part of funful education. After a busy morning. I knew i should pay a visit to my good friend that has taken some time we have not met. Even though i was feeling reluctant and weak but based on the promise i have given him, and it would not have been nice if I failed him, in me could no have been nice. l had to travel from Eket to Uyo, both in Akwa ibom State. to met him.we spent time at TANTALIZER a nice eatery close to his resident, after a nice time together i departed. On my way home I was got by this legendary super art.

Then the HIVE in me comes alive, i then decide to explore the secret behind the art. This beautiful statue of Late AIR COMODORE IDONGESIT OKON NKANGA. He was an Air Comodore in Nigerian Air Force in 1970. A one time State Governor of Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria, during the Military Regim. He was an handsome man with a bright beginning.

THE REAL PICTURE OF THE MAN IN STATUE

It is a popular name in the state and the Nation in all. A Secretariat was named after him. A place were so many State Government Ministries Headquarters are allocated, like Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Justice to mention but few. It is a very large complex with many Ministries located in it. It even has his raod map.

With these beautiful nature, I quietly spent my hold day touring a this nice serene environment trying to exploit every good fun that waa in it. But i could not because it was too much for one man to consumed.. A place as big as half of a village with beautiful economy trees, the whole boundaries are fence round, with two additional gates plus the Main Gate. With Water Boreholes link to all blocks, also i noticed that every Ministries has their personal Power Plant in case of power failures.

I give thanks to ECENCY-Hive for making me a hiver, which is one of the encouraging drive that made me to emback on this exploitation discoverery. Because this same place has been there for long but I have seen no need to take such advantage of touring such a beautiful place which was right in my state.. Thank you HIVE.
